Chapter two part two: How to annoy an assassin 101

Julius POV:
Ok this is just gold. The way that Matt just glared at me when Kaelie chose me over him is hilarious. He gave me death glares and grumbled profanities under his breath as if I couldn't hear it.

Before you all get mad at me, yes me and Kaelie planned the outfit together. No it is not a 'couple thing' or whatever kids call it these days. She just planned for the both of us to go out and walk, casually talk about death and all our past kills. But Matt had to be up at five a.m., and we both felt bad. Plus I forgot that it was guy's night last night and cut the dude some slack because I know that he missed me.

When we finally arrived at the park, obviously all guys had to look at Kaelie and all girls gawked at me like there was no tomorrow. I loved the attention trust me, I'm used to this and K is too.

Third person POV:
"No, I will never do that!"

"Why?"

"Because I have my pride with me and I won't let you ruin this day for me. There are no ways that could help you persuade me into doing such an act, especially in public."

Julius smirked and Matt only pinched the bridge of his nose and shook his head."

a few minutes later...

"Hey."

"Oh, H-hi."

Kaelie is trying to get this guy from the park to buy her ice cream, but the guy has to buy Julius and Matt ice cream too, to please them. All planned by the bet dashing Julius. (A: Julius wrote that, he took the phone away from me and just wrote it down.)

A few minutes of Kaelie's attempt to flirt, it finally worked. The guy was convinced that she liked him, after all she was the first to approach him. But in reality, Kaelie just had a lot of training from her past missions.

"Oh yeah. Um...can my friends tag along?"

The guy was pretty awkward but he glad lt said yes.

As if on cue the two guys said hi to the guy. Matt gave a fromal hello and Julius just grunted. He even changed his demeanor in front of the guy, which didn't go unoticed by the two.

"Guys this is James. He gladly agreed to treat us ice cream. Isn't that right?"

James nodded at the two guys, scared that Julius and Matt would probably kill him if he made the wrong move.

After that they got ice cream their free ice cream. They all went through that all because Julius wanted ice cream. Freaking hell what is happening to this town.

A few dares and humiliation at Matt later...

Kaelie was tired.

Why you ask?

Well it's because of Julius. He was probably just happy because of a new person he got to hangout with at the park since Matt is the boring goody-goody type.

He dragged her around the park, which bored her. But you know what wasn't boring. The fight they put up because a guy was looking at her the wrong way.

I mean she could defend herself but they wanted a piece of their mind to the people who looked at her in a funny way because she was their best friend.

But everything else was boring...until they completely annoyed her of boredom that she punched Julius on the face.

Matt freaked out because 1) it was out of the blue, 2) he did nothing to her. Which resulted to a fight. A very physical and verbal fight between an annoyed assassin and a criminal mastermind who annoyed said assassin.

He heard bones cracking and colourful words thrown at one another, and he could do nothing but watch. Good thing they were in the secluded area of the park.

"What the hell St. Martin?"

"Your face bitch! It fucking annoys me?"

"Are you on your period or something because you are acting like a complete ass."

He yelled out for them to stop but they won't.

A few minutes passed and they were both breathing heavily. Kaelie was sprawled on the ground with a bloody nose and a busted lip. A small cut on her arm. Julius was a few feet from her. Sitting down with a black eye on his left eye and a few cuts on his face.

He stood up and gave her a hand, she hesitantly took it and stood up properly. She dusted off her pants and shirt. Her jacket got some tears and her pants, don't look too good either.

"Look, I'm sorry." Julius scratched the back of his neck. "But you did it first."

"Well if you stopped  being such a child I would've probably stopped myself from hurting you." She rolled her eyes and sassily crosses her arms over her chest, she raised one of her brows as if taunting him to say something and he did.

"Well if you weren't being such a bit-"

"STOP! Guys please stop. We're a team. And if you two got some sort of personal vendetta against each other please settle it now. I have been dealing with you two for months now and it's bugging me."

Matt finally spoke up for the first time in a while. He was finally able to take things off his chest and he is proud of himself for that. They may be dangerous and they could potentially kill him in his sleep,  at least now he could put them in their place. They were a team after all.

"Please for the sake of this team just work together."

"Hey, it would've been easier if we chose a different guy to fill in his place."

"We maybe we could've had a different assassin to fill in your place."

"Former assassin, and no they can't because I was personally selected by Leo."

"As if that's good enough, the navy recommended me to be in this team."

"Which Leo and Diane were hesitant to accept at first.-"

"See, you can't even talk normally. Can't you two just kiss and make up?"

The two looked at Matt weirdly but Julius smirked all of a sudden. He walked towards Kaelie, so close to her that Matt was uncomfortable. He placed his hands on her waist and Kaelie gave him a questioning look. All of a sudden he leaned in, his lips touched hers and Matt was shocked! 

What bugged him was that J smirked at him before he kissed her. What really ticked him off was that she kissed back.
