ft. witch!kongpob
--
After his short trip to the mall, Kongpob heads to the witches’ market to buy some ingredients. His sister asked him for help regarding a cursed object, and since he’s the only one in the family who had more than enough knowledge about curses and hexes, Kongpob took the case.
He’s already bought his gift to his boyfriend, Arthit; a simple pendant with their initials engraved on it. Kongpob knew his boyfriend doesn’t like flashy things, but since it’s Christmas, he figured Arthit could let this one slip by.
The entrance to the witches market was at an old abandoned house at the isolated part of the town. Kongpob had had many trips here as a child, so all of the merchants there knew him. It wasn’t long before he collected the necessary ingredients for his ritual, so he decided to go back to his dorm.
It was a huge headache when Kongpob came out to Arthit as a witch. His boyfriend didn’t believe him at first, but when Kongpob made all his books levitate in his room Arthit had staggered back, looking scared. There were a lot of conversations and explanations on his part, but in the end Arthit believed him, reassuring his boyfriend that he’s still the same Kongpob Arthit knew . . . just with magic.
His magic came handy for Arthit, though. His boyfriend would ask him to make the remote float to him since Arthit was too lazy to stand up and get it, or when his boyfriend would feel too much pressure from the stress Kongpob would brew him some tea enhanced with magic. It didn’t hurt that their sex was far from ordinary either.
Kongpob was excited to see Arthit. It was Christmas break and they only had 2 days left before Christmas. His boyfriend is set to go home on the 24th, wanting to spend more time with Kongpob, although they had arranged dinner dates with their own families after that.
--
He was expecting Arthit to be sleeping on his bed when Kongpob reaches his dorm. What he didn’t expect was his boyfriend sleeping on his bed with cat ears and a tail curled on his midsection. Kongpob almost dropped his bag in shock.
Kongpob scanned his room, searching for that box his sister gave him. He found it on the foot of the bed, clearly opened. He didn’t panic. He puts a magic into work, creating a small barrier to contain whatever it was left inside the box. The last thing he wanted was for the curse to expand. Kongpob grew up being calm even under pressure, and instead he went to his sleeping boyfriend.
“P’Arthit,” he called.
His boyfriend just rustled in his sleep, Kongpob watching the tail uncurling on Arthit’s body. It looked cute.
“P’Arthit,” he tried again.
Arthit squinted at him. After realizing Kongpob, he smiled sleepily and stretched.
Kongpob was worried, yes, but he couldn’t help but feel amused seeing his boyfriend turn into this cat like human. Arthit’s cat ears twitched, and Kongpob bit his lips from cooing.
“What time is it?” asked Arthit.
“Did you open the box, P’?” Kongpob asked.
“What box?” His boyfriend then scratches his head. Kongpob saw the exact moment Arthit figured out something was wrong.
Arthit’s eyes went wide, his hand stopping from scratching his cat ears. He looked at Kongpob with panic, immediately sitting up.
“What the hell is that?” pointing to his tail, Arthit exclaimed.
“Did you open the box, P’Arthit?”
