"You're a creepy stalker," someone said.

Christopher turned to find Clara staring at him from behind the couch, a sad smile plastered on her face. He rolled his eyes. Taking one last look at the picture, he shoved his phone back into his pocket.

"What are you doing here?" he groaned. He lied back down on the couch, purposefully stretching his legs across the couch so that Clara had to sit on the love seat.

"Hiding from everyone," she uttered, looking directly at him.

"Everyone except me," Christopher complained, pulling his beanie down over his eyes.

"Because everyone - except, you - on this planet needs my help for something and I seriously need a break," Clara explained. When he didn't reply, she added, "However, I think you need it more compared to everyone else. Estoy aqui si quires hablar."

"Seriously? You should consider hiding somewhere else. One of the first places they would look for you is the lounge," he said, using a finger to lift his beanie. He narrowed his eyes. "That's here. This is my territory."

"That's it! I don't like this attitude of yours, Chris. You used to be the fun guy of the group. Even Richard seems more friendly now - minus his days. You need to move on, Chris," Clara said, joining him by the couch. She forcefully shoved his legs away, prompting him to sit up. He grunted. "This isn't healthy for you. Even Anaeya had moved on."

"How do you know?" Christopher scowled, contemplating if he should make a run for the storage room.

"Look at Anaeya, she's doing marvellous now. She's an ambassador for Spirit and one of Sony Music's proud interviewer. She was even a guest star who appeared briefly on that drama Richard and Erick watches."

It was true.

Christopher had purposely downloaded the drama and watched the episode she appeared millions of time, that is whenever he could catch any free time in his hands.

He had also watched all her interviews with numerous celebrities like the loyal fan he was. Kidnap! was created just a few months ago and all of the videos had millions of views within hours after it was uploaded.

In truth, Anaeya was doing far better than he had expected.

She have a stable career. She have a family to go back to. She have reliable friends and colleagues. She was probably even dating someone or married by now given how much she flirted with celebrities in her videos.

He didn't want to admit but she was definitely doing far better without him.

She was enough to save herself.

And he wasn't.

Clara sighed, taking out a crumpled paper from her pocket. She gave it to him. With narrowed eyes, she whispered, "No se lo digas la nadie. I got it from a friend."
