I sighed deeply before walking out of my doorstep.

I smiled and inhaled the scent of the trees.

I plugged my earphones in before proceeding to walk again.

it's a beautiful day. I thought to myself.

I stroll through the path as I look down to my shoes, smiling like an idiot.

I stopped at the path and looked up.

wow.

I'm happy today.

But all of those feelings came rushing down when I saw you right in front of me.

Kim Namjoon.

"Athena." You mouthed.

"Kim Namjoon?" I mouthed back, tears filling up my eyes.

Your mouth twitched before running towards me, embracing me in a hug.

"N-Namjoon." I cried onto your arms.

You stroke the back of my head before kissing it lightly.

"Shh.. Don't cry." You hugged me tighter. "I'm not going anywhere. Don't cry."

"You left me." I said before hitting his chest with my small palms. "Why?!" I screamed.

"Athena.." You sighed.

"Why? Namjoon, Why?!" I sobbed. "Do you know how hard these years are without you being here with me."

"I'm sorry, Athena. I really am. Please forgive me."

After a couple of minutes of calming myself down, I felt even better.

I smiled at Namjoon before pulling him into a hug again.

"Did you realize that we met under the autumn leaves where the sun sets?" He whispered.

I let out a soft laugh before smiling at him.

"It was like a dream come true." I smiled. "I miss you."

"I miss you too Athena." He smiled back, making his dimple show.
