It was a nice day at Starsville, a lot of people were walking, driving , running everyone was happy.. except for one. A cat with weird eyes was inside an open box with a sign saying "Free cats". The cat was a special one but no one wanted to adopt her.
Then cheerful girl was walking by with her dad and she saw the cat. She immediately said "Papa!! Can adopt this cat?? Please? It looks very lonely and sad." She asked then her father replied "Sure Sophie, you may but you have to take care of that cat. Can you promise me that?" He agreed. "Of course Papa!! I can take good care of her." She replied with a happy smile. So, they adopted the cat.
When they arrived home Sophie's mother approached her "Oh hello Sophie!! I see you've adopted a cat, what are you gonna name her???." Asked by Sophie's mother. "I'll name her Derp Cat cause look how derpy she looks!" She said happily.
Sophie had taken care of Derp Cat really well she had given her a lot of attention and would play with her all the time. She was really attached to her. They became closer and closer. "Derpy!!" Sophie said, Derp was Derp Cat's nickname "Derpy let's play!!"
They would do everything together (except taking a bath and doin' what cats don't like doin' Of course) They grew up with a happy life.
