Holly's POV

Fall 1975

It's hard for us to keep everybody away from knowing Moony is a werewolf. Madam Pomfrey knew it of course. We have to keep it away from the others or else everyone in the school will find out like how Snivellus finally found out. James, Lily, Sirius, Peter and I agreed to make a map of the whole school along with the secret passages so that we could hide Moony away from others when it comes to the full moon. Madam Pomfrey had also agreed to this. she couldn't afford to see the whole school turning their back on our beloved Remus John Lupin.

I mean he's smart, bright and a perfect what couldn't be so perfect about him to the other students. That's why this project was made. It took me ten days to get his approval. I mean Remus of all people should approve all of these ideas because he was the original part of the plan and he knows all the charms we could possibly not know.

Sirius and Peter came up with all the ideas and sketches on their parchments. Lily did the mapping charm together with James' exploration around the castle within his invisibility cloak, I did the homunculus charm which enabled the map to track who wanders around the castle, what they do, every time, and every day while Remus helped me with everything he knew about any kinds of non-verbal spells in which we could add up any simple phrase to open the map.

"I solemnly swear that I am up to no good," I pointed my wand on the parchment and It finally unfolded itself one by one and revealed the unfinished maps and some names missing.

"Where is McGonagall?" Sirius asked.

"The tracker charm needs to be perfect. as well as the school's map. I'll stick with the mapping with Lily Flower," James said.

"I actually wanted to work with Holly," Lily said, earning a snigger from me.

"But, Why?" He asked.

"Oh, admit it, Jamie. you lost," I grinned. "You had to memorise all the parts of Hogwarts grounds and leave the rest to Remus, Lily and me," I smirked.

"I'll help you, James." Sirius grinned.

"I'll come up with the opening words on the front page," Remus said.

"Mischief, Managed," Remus said as the map folded back to its respective place and turned back into a blank parchment.

"We'll refine this again next week. Now, off you three back to quidditch pitch," Lily said as she put the folded parchment into a compartment in her briefcase.

"Why does Lily have to be the one to keep the map?" Sirius asked.

"Because, Sirius Orion Black, Lily is the one less likely to face detention, or less likely to get this work of ours confiscated by Argus Filch," I shrugged.

"I don't want my hard work to be confiscated by Filch for your own wrongdoing, Sirius," James stuck his tongue out and mocked Sirius.

"Now, Quidditch pitch, in two hours," James said as he and I bolted to the dorm rooms and took our Quidditch supplies and got back down in somewhat not more than 10 minutes.

"The last one to the pitch gets to treat the winner butterbeer and firewhiskey at Madam Rosmerta's for the next two Hogsmeade trip," James said as he bolted out of the common room. I took the secret passages Remus and I found and got to the Pitch 5 seconds earlier than James.

"You created the bloody map and didn't include this secret passage. tsk." I smirked as James crouched down to catch his breath.

"How come you got here earlier than me?" He asked.

"Well, Remus and I had a secret passage that hadn't been drawn in the map," I smirked. "We're trying to draw on the paper. but it had just added another fold of parchment." I grinned and prepared myself with the gears and my new broom.

"Seems like somebody had fun while everyone's gone," James teased.

"Seems like someone is introducing my twin sister to his parents." I grinned back. "How did Fleamont and Euphemia react about the girl you've talked a lot about in the summer?" I teased him.

"They welcomed Lily and treated her very dearly. She cooked better than you, I might say," James nudged my shoulder.

"Now, get your arse ready for our drill," James said as he mounted on his broom and dashed to the hoops and practised his chaser manoeuvres.

"Sirius, you're late." I shrugged. "What makes you so long, Padfoot?"

"Cauldron cakes for breakfast, duh," He grinned with smears of marshmallow fluffs all over his mouth.

"You got crap around your mouth, Paddy," I grinned and threw him a napkin. "So, how's everything going with Mckinnon?"

"Shut it, she's coming to watch the practice, 'cause Lily asked her to accompany her. besides, Dorcas and Mary are trying out this morning." Sirius pointed at the bleachers.

----

"Messrs Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, Prongs, and Husk proudly presents The Marauder's Map." I read thoroughly. "I am not a Messrs." I grinned.

"But most of us are male," Remus argued.

"Well, majority rules I guess," I said as I put out something I took out of the kitchen that evening.

"You made this?" He asked.

"I asked the elves to teach me baking and they thought this one might be one of 'Mr. Prefect''s preferences," I smiled, offering him a loaf of the chocolate loaf.

"This is so satisfying," He grinned as he took a humongous bite of the loaf.

"You loved chocolate more than me?" I pouted.

"I love you more than anything, Love," He leaned in and kissed my lips. The kiss tasted like chocolate, that would be very obvious though.

he was enjoying his chocolate loaf before kissing me and I'm sure he had chocolate most of the days. on the toast in the morning, over the pumpkin pasties and over his cauldron cakes, every lunch and another bar in the evening and some sneaky hot chocolates in midnight.

"I wanna show you something," I said as I took his hand.

"What is it?" He looked at me, puzzled.

"Promise me you won't laugh?" I looked at him with my best puppy eyes.

"I will never laugh," He chuckled and messed my hair.

"Close your eyes please," I said. "No peeking," I shouted and ran to my room and ran back down with something he really wanted all these years. a classic vintage instrumental jazz vinyl that was very rare. We found it when we browsed muggle London last year. but it was too expensive and he didn't have many pounds to buy that. I saved up my money and decided to give him that as our early Valentine's day gift. "Now, open your eyes," I said as I hid the vinyl behind me.

"What is it?" He asked eagerly.

"Don't be mad at me for this. but I knew you wanted this." I handed him the Vinyl disc.

"Oh my God, Prim." He said, examining the Vinyl.

"This is the only thing I could do," I said and peered closer to him.

"Thank you, I loved it," He hugged me lovingly. the next thing I knew, we ended up cuddling in front of the fireplace in the common room and fell asleep there.
