Hogwarts Express

Summer 1975

"Remember, You can come to my home whenever you felt like you're rotting in your house, Hol," James said as the train reached King's Cross Station. 

"Thanks, Jamie," Holly hugged her best friend tightly.

"You too, Snuffles," James grinned at Sirius. "If you want to run to the Potter's Manor, you will always be welcomed," James smiled.

"Siri," Holly pulled Sirius aside from the others. "Thank you for everything. Owl me when you can," she hugged the older boy tightly. 

"You too, Hol. Let me know anything. Don't hurt yourself," He hugged the younger girl back.

"You too, don't hurt yourself," She smiled. 

"Before everyone got suspicious with us, let's join everyone," He grinned and pulled Holly's arm gently to join the others.

"Jamie, Thank you," Holly ran to James and hugged her friend.

"You're always welcome at the mansion, Holly," James grinned widely.

"I wish I could stay with you, Prim," Remus said as he hugged Holly.

"John, I'll always be there for you. Nah, you don't want to see Petunia, Mum and Dad. They are horrifying. I don't want to go home anymore if it wasn't for Lily," She shrugged and listened to his calming heartbeat. "I wish I could be there for you when the full moon came," She whispered.

"It's okay. I got the supplies quite so much from Madam Pomfrey. You don't have to worry," He smiled as he kissed her forehead. "Send me owls every day, okay," He said.

"I will, John," She released Remus and ran to the girls.

"Maaaarrrrrllllsss," She shouted and glomped on her shoulder.

"You are too heavy, Holly!" Marlene joked. Holly is skinny enough for a 5 foot 5 inches tall 14-year-old girl. she only weighed 97lbs. She did eat some decent amount but the pressure she got made her a little bit skinny.

"No, Marl. look at her, she's getting skinnier," Mary said as she examined the girl. "Eat more, Hol," Mary said.

"Yes, Mother," Holly laughed and grinned.

"Owl us when you can, you too, Lil," Emmeline said.

"Will do, Miss Emmy," Holly nodded. 

"Let's get going, our parents were waiting for us,"  Alice said pointing at flocks of parents waiting for the students to find them.

"Come on," Remus said as he magically appeared beside Holly and grabbed her hand. "I know you are killing time."

"Where are we going?" Holly asked.

"To meet my Mum and Dad," He grinned and walked without stopping. He took Holly to where his parents were standing. They were standing by the end of the flock of parents, waiting for Remus to come and greet them. "Mum! Dad!" Remus grinned and waved his hand to them.

"John," Holly pulled Remus' hand and stopped her steps. she wasn't ready to meet Remus' parents. Even only as Remus' best friend.

"It's okay. They will like you so much, Prim," He reassured her with a squeeze on her hand.

"They won't like a muggle-born with tendencies to commit suicide like me," She looked down and started to cry.

Remus crouched down to her level and called her middle name softly, "Primrose," He called and looked into her eyes. "Look at me," He demanded.

"John," She cried but she looked into Remus' eyes in return.

"Please believe in me. don't give up on yourself. I can help. so are they. Mum and dad will love you like you're one of their own. Besides, mum is also a muggle-born," He said as he eased her tears.

"You'll be okay as long as I'm alive," Remus said as he led her to his parents. "Mum, Dad, this is my best friend, Holly. Holly, these are my parents, Hope and Lyall Lupin," He introduced.

"Nice to meet you, Holly, I'm Hope," His mother said and hugged her.

"It's very nice to finally meet the best friend Remus always told us in his letters, I'm Lyall," his father smiled and introduced himself.

"I'm Holly Evans," She said and politely smiled at both adults in front of her.

"I assume you knew our son better than anyone else does," Lyall said. earning a shy nod from Holly. a hint of pink rushes up to her cheeks, sending a tint of pink to her cheeks.

"Thank you for accepting Remus the way he is. Thank you for your big heart," Hope smiled softly.

June 21st 1975

Dear Remus John Lupin,
it's been two weeks since we got back home. It was dreadful here. I was so stressed about living here. Mum kept tormenting Lily. She hated us to the core. Dad hit Lily for making the flower bloom with her magic. I had to heal her when she slept later that day. I almost cut myself the other day because of all of the things they had done to Lily. Help me. I need help. I am tired of crying all night and getting nightmares of losing Lily.
I hope I could run either to you and your family or to James'. I wanted to take Lily with me but she refused to go with me out of this house. At least, I had some options to run. Lily is too nice sometimes to Petunia and my parents. It's nine days before the next full moon. I hope you can go through changing without any pain. I hope the potion helped you. I hope you are okay out there. I really wanted to be with you, John.

Dear Holly Primrose Evans,
It's been a while. I know you are facing such a hard and painful moment at home. Don't even try killing yourself. Do you remember what I've said to you back then? you are always welcomed at our door and at Jamie's too. You can always stop by our home and have some crumpets. Mum likes making crumpets when I'm at home. Madam Pomfrey had a stash of the potion in my trunk, I had plenty of the potion for the whole summer. I'll stay at Jamie's for a week before we get back to Hogwarts. I'll be waiting for you there.

Dear Sirius Black,
Siri, It's been two weeks since the holidays started. How have you been? I will be heading to The Potter's sometime next week. I couldn't bear any longer to be at the Evans'. I asked Lily to join but she didn't want to. She still has that sentiment over James. I do hope you and Remus could be there too. I missed you two loads. Besides, I know what Walburga did to you. How are you coping with the Cruciatus Curse? 
Siri, I missed you. I missed talking to you about our struggles. Oh, Merlin! I wanted to tell you what happened to Lily when an owl came dropping her a letter and present from Marley. My parents went nuts. I wanted to tell you this but I've been reading about the Animagus transformation and I think it could help Remus with his moon days. It's worth to try. And about Lily, Mum and dad went nuts and hit her simultaneously after Marley's gift and Dorcas' Howler pranks arrived. I couldn't stand it anymore.

Dear Holly Evans,
I know it has been hard for us. Especially for you. Well for me, being tortured by my mother is my daily dose of breakfast. I don't want Reggie to be tortured for his wrongdoing. I always take the blame. I'm okay for now. I'll be at James' by the time you are there. Tell us about the Animagus thing when you got to the Potters, Holly. I missed you. Don't even try to hurt yourself again. That's all I could ever ask from you.
I'm trying to do it myself as well. You and I are not different from each other. I hope you have a pleasant trip to the Potters, Hols. Take Lily with you if she wanted to. what did they do to Lily-Pad? Did they harm Lily-Pad?
