You develop a level of self hate,
because your impeccable body start to deteriorate,
I know you are tired of being a patient,
Years of Being dependent,
Create alot of resentment,
And all those endless medication,
Have you thinking about permanent separation,
I can only imagine how it feels... it must be a rough ordeal,
To be transported by two wheels... from block to block,
While you there praying for your heartbeat to stop,
Just to put an end to the pain and agony,
And the financial strain you cast on your family,
But please be strong, May god be the rock on which you stand
It maybe for long... But it's never eternal
