Remember that TVD scene in mid season 7, when Damon said to Holly "I wish I could select all your clothes and press delete?" Then every time he saw her for the rest of that day he'd follow her around like a Cyberman saying "Delete! Delete! Delete!"? Well it appears this whole tactic has transferred into real life.
