I wrote this in 2016 but I still find it funny.

"Hey, hey. Link, listen to me." (Y/N) leaned onto Link, who was watching the fireplace crackle. "Hey, listen!" She shoved her weight onto the blonde who turned to her in annoyance.
"Will you shut up if I do?" He asked and the girl, she nodded violently. "Shoot then."
"Merry Christmas."
"It's Novembe-"
"KISS MY ASS!"
"I SWEAR TO THE GODDESSES."
And so it began...

Outside the Children's Home of the community was the (H/C) girl, awaiting the arrival of her next victim. In the distance, a large group of blue approached the large house. The smallest of the group smiled at the girl, sitting on the stairs. "(Y/N)! Hello, how are you?" Rock giggled, hugging the (possibly) older girl.
"Such good manners you have Rock." She smiled and hugged back, straightening and pulling the child with her. "I'm fine, how are you lot?" She got nods and okays. "That's great, well I just came to bring some Christmas presents. Happy holidays boys."
"But (Y/N)," Geo looked confused as the girl handed his gift, a shiny blue box, wrapped in ribbon.
"Yeah?"
"It's the day after halloween."
...
"Square up, Geo."
"Thank you for the gifts, (Y/N)! You really didn't have to." Mega(Man.exe) interrupted. "Please don't fight a fifth-grader."
"You're very welcome, Mega." (Y/N) grinned. "It's only for you guys, so don't tell the other kids. "They laughed and began opening gifts.
"Wow skates! Thank you." Laughed Rock, who ran for the rink to the left of the Children's Home.
"Rare chips?! Where did you find these?!" Mega threw himself at (Y/N) who hugged him happily.
"I might know a guy." She laughed. "Go show, Netto."
"Yes ma'am!"
"...How cute."
"Speak up, Geo. No one can hear you." X said, looking over Geo's shoulder and into the box.
"Oh they're cute."
"They're mine!" And with that Geo bolted towards his room.
"What did he get?" Volnutt asked.
"Snow bunnies." (Y/N) giggled light-heartedly. "Now open your present. Open, open."
Volnutt took the lid of the box. "Games! Thank you, (Y/N)." He ran to his room as well.
X looked at the box in his hands. "Will this explode?"
"Don't be silly X, I'm not insane."
"I'm sure many would disagree." He opened the box.
Merry Christmas, kiss my ass.
"I SWEAR TO GOD I'LL FIGHT YOU."
But she was already running.
