Amaris POV
Ive been texting this boy name Kam for almost 3 weeks. He not someone I just met we been knowing each other for years now, I just stopped talking to him because I was feeling josh.
I haven't talked to him since that night we got to fighting and he sent me that text. In school we don't talk. He will look at me but hurry up and look away.
I know he see me and Kameron talking in school because one day me and kam was talking in the hall and josh walking passed us and bumped him, then gone say my bad homie.
Josh and Malaysia got to fussing in the hallway one day because he was "looking at me for to long".
Every since Kam came back into my life I haven't been stunting Josh, its like "josh who?" And I'm loving it. He can go be "happy" with his girlfriend.
Me and Kam was currently at my locker and I was standing up against it.
"So you gone let me take you out?" Kam said licking his lips at me
"I'll think about it and stopped doing that" I said laughing and poking his lips.
"You thought about it yet?" He said leaning his head to the side and biting his lips. I put my head down and did a light chuckle.
"Yes I've thought about, yes you can take me out cake" I said looking up. He picked me up and spent me around.
"Nigga put me down" I said laughing. I could feel eyes on me so I turned my head and made eye contact with an angry josh.
I don't know why he mad. I guess he see how it feel to watch the person you love be happy with someone else. Now he see how i been feeling this past year.
"Why ya boy looking at us like that" Kam said nodding at josh
"Idk, I havent talked to him in over a month" I said.
"He miss you, but too bad I gotcha now" he said laughing.
I looked to where josh was once standing but he's gone. I turned my attention back to Kam
"Just text me when you figured out what day you wanna go out" I said to kam
"Alright babygirl be safe" he said kissing my cheek
I walked to my car and guess who tf was standing at my car, yup josh. I unlocked my door with my key so Josh couldn't get in.
" man unlock the door" he said. I unlocked the door and he got in.
"What do you want Josh" I said
"Nothing I just wanted to check on ya, I miss you girl" He said
"Well I'm fine" I said looking at him
"You happy?" He said putting his head down
"Actually I am" I said smiling thinking of Kam
"Well that's all that matter. Be safe Amaris , remember I'll always love you" he said getting out the car and walking off.
I looked at him through the review mirror and shook my head. I started the car and headed to get something to eat then go home.
Almost an hour later I pulled up to my house and it was a car in the drive way that I didn't recognize. I grabbed my food and walked in the house. When I walked to the living room I wanted to walk back out.
"What they doing here" I said pointing at my sperm donor and his kids.
"They wanted to visit you Amaris, your dad just came to check on you" she said
