(I know it's not the weekend JUST YET but this is just an apology chapter for the chapter I missed)
Washington's P.O.V
We were trying to figure out how to fix Alexander's... 'problem'.
No, not that you sickos. That kind of problem is easy to fix.
All he needs is a good fuck from Jef- I'll stop.
"What if we just... rip them off?" Jefferson questions.
I can see the horror on everyone's faces at that though and even Alexander looked scared.
So scared he started to tear up and covered his ears for safety.
"Mr. Jefferson!" I yelled.
"What?"
"What kind of cruel question is that!? Look what you've done to the boy! He's scared out of his skin!" I hissed.
Jefferson's looks over at Alexander.
"Shit, shit, shit, sorry!" He says.
"I was only joking around! I didn't think you woul-"
Marquis cut him off, "That's enough. You clearly don't know how to deal with a scared kitten."
Madison and I both chuckle a bit at this.
"Let me show you how it's done." He says, standing up and walking over to Alexander.
He kneels down next to him and turns his chair so it's facing him.
"Alex," He starts.
Jefferson and everyone else watch intently.
"Y-yes?" He sniffles, still, clearly frightened.
"Do you want me to get you anything? John? Lion?"
Lion?
"B-Both." He answers.
"Alright, Herc, you keep him calm until I get John and Lion." He orders, sternly.
"Yes sir!" Herc replies, jokingly saluting.
"You think this is funny soldier!?" Marquis yells.
"No sir!"
"Then why aren't you over here already!?"
With that Mulligan scrambled to get up while Marquis left the room to get Laurens, who I assigned some important paperwork, and... Lion, was it?
"Okay, Alex..." Mulligan started, before being interrupted by Jefferson, "Who's Lion?" He questioned.
This question ultimately made Alexander's face darken.
"Ooooh, someone's embarressed~" He teased.
"Thomas!" Madison yelled.
Jefferson froze, seemingly knowing exactly what was to come.
"You shouldn't go getting into people's personal business like that! And can't you be a little more patient? Lafayette has gone to get this... Lion. So you'll meet them anyway!" He scolded.
Jefferson just nervously scratched the back of his head, while he continued to be scolded by Madison.
I turned to look at Mulligan and Alexander.
Mulligan was smirking, somewhat mischievously and Alexander's face was beet red from embarrassment.
Then Lafayette burst through the door.
Laurens trailed behind him... holding a lion stuffed animal!?
My eyes widened at the stuffed animal, whereas I didn't notice how panicked Laurens looked.
"Are you okay Lexi!? What happened to you!? Did Jeffershit do something!? Why do you have ears!? Did Jeffershit cause that too!?" He questioned, worry and panic lacing his words.
"Kind of, ask Laf, yes, I'll explain later and technically." Alexander answered all the questions wiping away his tears.
"Here, I brought Lion, now come here you bean!" Laurens said, handing Alexander his stuffed animal, then engulfing him in a hug.
Alexander only leaned into the hug, whereas he held 'Lion' tight in his arms.
I looked over at Jefferson who looked shocked and a bit jealous.
Then he started smirking mischievously.
Shit.
"Awwww, little baby Alexander has a stuffed animal? Do you sleep with it too?~" He teased, mocking those weird baby voices that parents make when talking to a dog or baby.
Alexander blushed again and started to tear up.
"Hush, Jeffershit! This is the only thing he has left from his mother after the... thing that shall not be named!" John yelled, shooting Jefferson a good old death stare while he cradled Alexander, rocking him back and forth in his lap.
I have to say it's weird seeing Alexander so vulnerable and quiet.
I looked over at Madison who was staring at Jefferson and stifling a laugh.
I gave him a confused look and he came closer and whispered to me, "He's jealous that Laurens is so close to Hamilton right now."
Hearing that made me smirk, and I decided to use this information.
"Mr. Jefferson if you don't stop harassing Mr. Hamilton, I'll have you do all the work in getting him out of this 'state', and by state I mean physical state AND emotional state, meaning you'll have to calm him down and sort out his... cat problem."
Jefferson seemed excited at the thought of 'alone time' with Alexander but 1) Had to act like he wasn't, and 2)Had no idea what to do to help him with any of those things.
"U-Um, Ew! Alone time with Hamilton? No thank you! and how would I figure out how to fix... this mess! And did you really expect me not to tease him? I-I didn't know how much the thing meant to him!" He spluttered out.
"Then apologise. " I said sternly.
At this Laurens smirked and let Hamilton back in his seat again, giving him a tight squeeze before standing back to see how this would turn out.I have a feeling he knew what I was plotting and could tell by (how bad Jefferson is at lying) the sound of Jefferson's voice he was just jealous and making excuses.
"I-I'm sorry." He said, blushing and crossing his arms.
Fucking kid.
Alexander just held Lion tighter and buried his face in its fake mane.
It was clear he was on the verge of tears.
"Hug him." I said.
"W-What? No!" Jefferson stuttered out.
"Hug. Him." I said sternly, staring straight in his eyes.
Jefferson sighed in defeat and got closer to Alexander, awkwardly wrapping his arms around him.
Alexander melted into the hug, burying his face in Jefferson's chest instead of his Lion's fake mane.
Jefferson blushed at the adorable gesture.
I leaned closer to Madison and whispered "Take a picture and send it to us. Just not them two."
He nodded, grabbed his phone and took a picture, immediately going on messenger and sending it to me, Marquis, Laurens and Mulligan.
When they all got the picture, which was at the same time as myself, we all checked our phones and smirked.
Ahh, 'blackmail'... mainly for Jefferson.
