":33< (YN)!" A certain cat like troll purrs, rolling by your feet. You burst out laughing as she crawls back over and leans on your knees.
":33< why are you sitting here being lonely?"
"I'm just not a crowd person Nep"
She tilts her head cutely,
":33< but these are your furrends!"
"I-I dont actually know most of them that well..."
She gasps and immediately springs up,
":33< you are coming with me right meow mister!" She demands trying to drag you up.
"Nepeta really...im kinda skittish around people."
":33< no excuses! Come on! Up!"
You chuckle and stand up, having to look down at her because of the height difference.
":33< follow me!" She purrs grabbing your hand. You had to admit, she was freakin adorable with the cat puns and the energetic behavior. You smile and let her drag you along to the table in the corner of your basement where three other trolls were seated. One was her moirail, Equius, who gives you a disgusted glare. You smile weakly and wave. The other two are Terezi and Tavros, two trolls who you get along with fine.
":33< sit!" She commands, pointing to the seat. You do as she says and sit next to Terezi who starts sniffing you.
"4R3 YOU OK W1TH B31NG L1CK3D?" She asks curiously. You stare at her for a moment then remember that she blind.
"Um, sure"
"GR34T!" She exclaims, imitately licking your cheek. You freeze and blush madly.
"YOUR F4C3 T4ST3S L1K3 3M4R4SM3NT (YN)" she states plainly.
":33< Terezi! Enough licking!" The small Leo says trying to be serious. Nope, still adorable

"D-> Nepeta..i don't see why you dragged this, Low b100d here. He has no use and is a waste of this space." Equips says harshly, clearly not caring what you thought.
"Yea man I already know I'm a mistake so not really something you can beat me with." You say slightly sarcastically. Nepeta tilts her head at you, frowning.

Equius growls lowly but keeps mostly calm for the sake of his moirail.
Nepeta giggles and sits next to 'mister gurrrrumpy pants' as you all talk and joke(besides Equius).
"sO, uH, (YN),,,nOT MUCH OF A PARTY PERSON EITHER HUH?" Tavros says trying to start up a conversation.
"Yea i think Dave went all out for this..if I would've known he was planning to get all of you over here i would've set up the lobby." You laugh a bit. He laughs a little as well.
"TH1S P4RTY 1S R34LLY LOUD. L1KE, 1S TH4T STR1D3R COOL K1D TRY1NG TO MAK3 M3 BL1ND 4ND D34F?" Terezi groans. You all nod in agreement.
"I get what your saying man"
"1M NOT 4 M4N"
You sigh and take out your (ED) seeing you have a missed text from your moirail, Sollux.

You put away your (ED) and turn to Nepeta.
"Hey I gotta run for a bit"
":33< why is that?"
"Sol wants me, shouldn't be to long"
"D-> more low b100ds...how..-"
":33< oh give it up Equius!" Nepeta pouts. You laugh a little and stand up, waving as you make you way to the secret entrance to the unused lobby. You put in the pin and wait for the wall to open. Once the stairs were revealed you walk down to see the yellow blooded troll waiting for you near the back of the room, you walk up to him.
"Hey man, you wanted to talk to me?"
He looks to you and nods, pushing up his red and blue glasses.
"Yea ii thought iit would be better iif we talked away from the noii2e"
"Good thinking"
You both smiled. Besides the Makaras Sollux was the only other troll you really spoke to, which is why he's your moirail. You knew the others and talked to them when Dave did but you didnt really get to know them well. You often would play video games with the hacking troll and he would always accuse you of cheating when he really was.
"earth two (YN)?" Sollux says waving his hand infront of your face. You snap out of your thoughts and look up at him.
"you dozed off there for a miinute" he says slightly unimpressed.
"Sorry Sol" you sheepishly say rubbing the back of your neck.
"iit2 fiine" he smiles and sits in one of the fancy black chairs laying around.
"So what did you wanna talk about?" You ask sitting across from him.
"(YN) do you 2ee me a2 a good friiend?" He starts. You roll your eyes
"Dude you are my moirail" you say in a 'thats so obvious' tone.
"yea 2hut up." He replies with a bite.
"Why are you asking?"
He shrugs
"Did someone say something?"
He hesitates then shrugs again.
You nod, understanding what he's saying.
"How about this. After the party just tell me who it was and I'll kick their ass ok? Then after that we can play some (Fav video game)"
He laughs and nods. You can tell he's a little more relaxed now that you've threatened who ever talked bad about him.
You smile and pat his shoulder.
"ii 2aw you 2iitiing wiith nepeta, tavro2 and TZ there a whiile ago" he says changing the topic.
"Yea Nep wanted me to feel included. It was a nice gesture but Equius keeps glaring daggers at me" you shake in fake fear and Sollux laughs.

"He sees all humans as low bloods because we have red blood like your mutant trolls"
"ii know. the guy2 al2o ju2t kiinda creepy.."
"I know what you mean man. And that horse fetish is so weird! He like worships those things"

You both laugh for a minute.
"I told Nep I wouldnt be long so I'll text ya later Sol" you say standing up.

"I know. Well see ya!" You wave and start walking back up the stairs. He waves back and takes out his phone. You walk out and back to the table.
