Movie cuddles|| Eridan x reader ONESHOT

"Karkat this is boring as fuck"
"yea kk"
"SHUT UP YOU GUYS JUST CANT APPRECIATE A GOOD MOVIE" The cancer growls.
You, Sollux, Karkat, and surprisingly Eridan have gathered at Karkats place for a movie marathon-..which turned into a bickering mess.
"This is so shitty Dave wouldn't even watch this ironically" you say as you lay back and drape your legs across Sollux who is sharing the small black couch with you.
"FUCK YOU (YN)" He growls again and gets up in a huff to change the movie yet again.
You can tell Sollux just rolled his eyes by the slight circular movement of his head as he takes out his phone, mindlessly tapping his fingers on your leg. You poke your tongue out and sigh, glancing over to Eridan who really hasn't said much other than agree or disagree on what to put on. Hes sitting on the other end of the larger couch in Karkats living room away from the crabby trolls nesting area, which was a pile of blankets and pillows. You dont really know too much about the violet blood. Though you know basically everyone hates him for one reason or another. Sollux barely showed up when he found out 'fithdick' was also going to be there. Currently hes staring out the window that looks out to a lonely street lamp lightly illuminating an empty road as it began to get dark. Suddenly he turns his head slightly and locks eyes with you. Feeling embarrassed that you were caught staring you quickly look away and plant your eyes on Solluxs phone, not hearing the faint disappointed sigh from the seadweller.
"OK. THERE IS NO WAY IN ALL OF ALTERNIA THAT YOU BULDGESUCKRS CAN FIND THIS ONE BORING" crabs McGee says as he pulls out another case. Sollux groans and pushes your legs off of him, standing and rubbing his forehead.
"I'm done. Thith ith boring ath hell. I'm going back to my hive to do thomething that wont melt my think pan"
He leaves without saying another word, leaving you, Karkat, and Eridan in silence.
"So uh...what now?" You ask as karkat grumbles to himself.
"WELL I DONT FUCKING KNOW. MAYBE JUST PLAY ANOTER DUMBASS MOVIE?" He huffs and plops back into his blanket nest.
"How about me and Eridan pick it out while you get snacks" you suggest. Eridan glances over at the mention of his name and Karkat nods, getting up and trudging to the kitchen. You sigh in relief and get up to sift through the mountain of movies the cancer has collected.
"'Lot of romance.." you hear Eridan say from over your shoulder.
"Yea, he just loves his redroms" you chuckle and set out a few that dont look horrible, "Which of these do you think wont put us to sleep?"
You hear the highblood snort lightly as he picks 'how I met your mother' from your hands.
"This seems tolerable" he mumbles. You nod and pop it in the DVD player just as Karkat returns with popcorn.

Few hours later

After a fifteen minute fight over the smaller couch with Karkat, you were forced to share the larger one with Eridan. Hes pressed into his little corner of the couch as your curled up a bit. There's about a cushions space between the both of you and you're both comfortable. Karkats intently watching the movie, you're not that into it and Eridan seems to feel the same. You decide to glance over at him and see him looking out the window again. Now that its darker the only light is from the tv, highlighting his face in an almost magestic way. His fins lightly flick in a steady rhythm. Soon enough you find yourself staring at him, studying his features. You see his lips start to form a small smile before he glances back at you. Your face heats up a bit, he seemingly notices as you see his shoulders shake gently like he laughed. He pats the spot next to him and sits in a more relaxed position. You blink and quietly scoot over to his side.
"You seem to like to stare" he whispers, making you blush.
"I dont even know you" you retort.
"But you wwere still starin'"
You roll your eyes which earns a soft chuckle from him.
"Listen (SN)..I'vve seen you around wwith Sol a lot and..I wwanna get to knoww you...." he sputters out, a faint violet hue dusts his cheeks, barely visible in the dark.
"Well this is a start" you say jokingly. You both smile and chuckle a little, making Karkat 'shush' the two of you. After that it didnt take long before he kicked you both out for talking too much. You went back to his place after some convincing from the aquarius, after he mentioned (FavouriteFood) that is.
"Very purple" you chuckle as you place your coat on the overly fancy coat rack.
"Yea yea wwhatevver" he rolls his eyes and puffs his cheeks, a light blush forming. Seeing his face you cant help but laugh.
"Wwhats so funny?" He asks as he turns to walk. You quickly catch up and drape an arm around his shoulder.
"Nothin, you just look cute when you're annoyed~" you say teasingly, which earns a bigger blush smeared across Eridans gray face.
"Shut up"
"Nah~"
"Hmph.."
He pouts and plops himself into the, also violet, plush couch in his living room.
"Awww come on Eridan, you're no fun" you say as you puff your cheeks out like he did moments ago. He glances at you and stifles a smile.
"Y'knoww, for a human you're pretty adorable" he chimes, making you blush.
"Shut up"
"Oh, who's defensive now?" He smirks and pokes your shoulder. You stick your tongue out like a child in response, making him laugh.
"So adorable"
"I'm not adorable, I'm manly"
"Eh, not buyin' it"
You growl and narrow your eyes in a mostly playfully way. How dare he challenge your manliness.
"Hey Eri" you say, a lightbulb suddenly forming.
"Yea?"
"C'mere"
He glances over and sees you patting the spot right next to you, as you had been sitting on opposite ends of the couch. He shifts over and you quickly pounce on him, pinning him down.
"Buyin' it now fishy?" You say with a smirk. The violet blood stares shellshocked (get it -w-). Your arms are on either side of his head and his legs are pinned underneath you, leaving him immobile. Slowly the shock wears off and he gains a soft grin.
"Yea, I'm buyin' it.." he says softly before leaning up and pressing his lips against yours. They feel..smooth. a little dry but nothing you'd complain about. You can taste a small amount of salt on his lips as you leaned into the kiss, not to mention the slight sent of the ocean with a hint of lavender, something you didnt notice before. As you pull back for air and immediately be wraps his arms around you. You honestly expected him to be a little more lean, but as you rested on his chest you were proven wrong.
"(YN)" He mutters
"Hm?"
"Do you...do you really feel this way about me?...I mean you dont really know me-" you stop him by placing your finger against his lips.
"But I was still staring, right?" You say with a warming smile.

I am so so so sorry guys! Schools really got me busy even on the break!! - -; I cant promise this book will too active for a while, and for that I cant apologize enough. I will try my best to get another chapter out as soon as I can, and if anyone wants to request a specific scenario I'd be more than happy to make a chapter ^^ hearing from you guys is what I want.
