CHAPTER 13

Sitting in the library, I frown. How much more work do I have to do before this gets easier! I slam the comprehensive law book closed and put my head in my hands. I know I should have spent more time in class, there are so many gaps in what I am supposed to know.

“FRESHERS WEEK SPRING BREAK!” Someone shouts, handing me a leaflet. Reading the leaflet, I smile.

Shaking my head, I allow a small smile. I don’t know what has gotten into him. I am not complaining, his attitude is humorous at best but it is slightly worrying that he is my teacher, albeit not a very normal teacher, from the start he hasn’t really been the straight-laced person that I would expect a teacher to be. I figured that out when he had Jared pinned to a wall.. Should have just let him punch him.

My phone buzzes quickly.

I smirk at his audacity.

Putting my phone away smiling, I gather my things to go home.

Only two more miles to go, I think to myself, music pounding through my ears. After turning down many modelling opportunities, I seem to find myself with little to do so running is my new hobby. Running past a news stand, I catch sight of my face, pausing to pick it up, I read the front page.
