Time had passed quickly in the hospital, hectic would be a very appropriate word. Mum had come to visit but she seemed cold and withdrawn, as though my accident had disrupted her holiday. Christian had been there constantly, my guardian angel. Right now I am laying in my lovely comfy bed at home, chocolates and dvd in hand, relaxing.

"If I'd have known you were so lazy, I wouldnt have bagged you" I hear a cheeky voice from the doorway.

I look round to see Christians smirk. "You didnt bag me, you had the pleasure of knowing me" I smile.

He walks over and sits on the edge of the bed, his eyes on mine. "I think now is probably a good time to have that chat"

I squirm uncomfortably in bed and a worried frown replaces my easy smile. "Okay, lets get it out of the way, whats been happening?"

Christian places his hand on my leg, his dark eyes still staring into mine. "James/Andrew has been arrested along with Eric, when he is discharged from hospital and Jared, its up to you, he wasnt found at the crime scene but if you wanted me to find him, I will"

"I dont know. Hes your brother, what do you want to do?" I ask, timidly.

Christian takes a deep breath, mulling over his answer. "He hurt you, in many ways. Hes no longer my brother"

Christians face seems to shows no emotion as he's looking at me. I squeeze his hand tightly and manage a smile "I need to think it all through but dont do anything yet, I will sort it out"

He stands up, his eyes on mine. "Get some rest young lady, I have a meeting to attend and I will pick up any work you may have missed"

I roll my eyes at him "Great, but as the teacher has been with me... does that not mean I get a pass?" I ask hopefully.

"No. because the teacher has been with you, it means you have no excuse but to catch up" He bends to kiss my forehead, as I tilt my lips to meet his, he deepens the kiss, his hand at my cheek. He kneels on the bed to achieve a better position, his hand running lightly across my chest, my nipples hardening at his touch. I clumsily find his fly and begin to undo his trousers. His hands reach out to stop mine.

"Stop, your still very injured" He whispers, a final note to his tone of voice.

I look at him, my eyes betraying me, teaes burning behind them. "But I want to feel close to you"

He takes my face in his hand, turning it to look at him. "I wouldnt ask for anything else than to jump into bed with you right now and to have you in my arms but you are too weak and I wouldnt forgive myself if I had hurt you because of something like this. We have all the time in the world to spend together, intimately"

I smile at him, his words making me heart swell with emotion.  "Your too good to me"

He looks at me guiltily "I'm all wrong for you Charity"

I went through to the kitchen, using the wall for support to stumble upon Christian shouting into his phone. Watching him whilst he finishes off his phonecall, he turns an angry look softens as he looks at me, my body slightly slumped against the kitchen counter.

"What are you doing out of bed Charity?" He asks despairingly,  guiding me toward a chair.

"I couldnt stay in bed any longer,  its doing my head in. Anyway, what is going on? Who was that on the phone?" I ask, my hand firmly on his forearm.

He eyes me wearily, a frown set on his face. "It was someone I dont want to speak about"

I roll me eyes using his body, I pull myself up. "Dont do this now, Not after everything. No more secrets"

Standing unsteadily in front of him I look weak and feeble in comparison to his strong, muscular body. He places his hamds gently on my shoulders. "You need rest Charity, you've not that long been out of hospital" He tells me firmly.

"No!" I shrug his hands off of me and walk toward the door, pulling it open with my limited strength.

Christian runs up behind me, his hands on my waist, steadying me. I stop dead, the person standing on the doorstep making my blood run cold. A scream catches in my throat as Jared looks at me, his face contorted in a mixture of emotions.

"I told you to stay away, what the hell do you think your doing!" Christian shouts pulling me toward him tightly and slamming the door shut.

I sink to the floor as my knees give way, my heart hammering inside my chest. "Make him go away Christian. please, I cant do this right now" I sob into his chest.

Christian lifts me up carefully and places me on the sofa, placing a kiss on my forehead. "I'll deal with it, he was the person on the phone"

He walks out of the front door, shutting it carefully behind him.
