Alexis' pov:

It felt good to be back on the land, like I was back home.

Yesterday the alpha's let me stay and offered me a house to stay with I accepted, it was just next to their probably to still keep an eye on me, Today I was walking down on an old path to find an equally as old house a that the end, near the cliff, only made of four stone walls and no roof so old.

I brushed my hand against the the frame of the missing door and stepped in.

I sighed as I brushed my hand across the wall.

"I'm home." I whispered to the empty stone box of a house, long emptied out but it held importance to me.

I walked around it the empty roofless cube and tripped on something.

Sitting up I looked there to see like the top of box.

I raised an eyebrow and used my speed to quickly uncover what actually was a small chest and set it in front of me, we never had owned such a small chest.

I flipped it open and to my surprise it had things in it, two to be honest, a really dirty old primitive glass bottle and a dagger from that time with it's sheath.

(Something similar to this.)

I put the dagger in my back pack and looked at the bottle, rubbing off the old dirt and seeing

I put the dagger in my back pack and looked at the bottle, rubbing off the old dirt and seeing.... Paper? Inside it.

I broke it on the ground and unrolled the paper, freezing after I was done reading it and covered my mouth as I accidentally crumpled the primitive paper in my hand, taking deep breaths to keep the tears in.

Despite people telling me to forget I shall not, I shall never forget the person that taught me, even if they never come back my children shall know their stories and their children's children too shall know of the woman that has been my mother and saved us from the cold one.

My mate-wife Lee sings the legends to Milo and Hit at the raise of the moon, you story shall never be forgotten even if the distance is unending, even if a cold one takes me to the land of stars.

If someone shall forget this shall keep the truth safe from the moon and sun, the rain and wind, the truth shall never die.

Only one person could have wrote this, only one...... Oh Loki, I thought I failed teach you the letters and yet no.

I almost jumped at the hug that brought me back to the present but was fine as I didn't need a second to know who it was, closing my eyes and making the tears in my eyes spill over as I grabbed her arms with the one that was covering my mouth before.

"I couldn't stay because of the pain and yet coming back causes me new pain." I told her softly, leaning my head against her.

"Well just as back then there is happiness that will over shadow it."

"Mhm..... How did you find me?"

"I wanted to talk and well get to know the person that is destined for me so I followed your smell here."

"Yesterday too?"

"No I was walking around thinking and heard you singing felt something similar to nostalgia for some weird reason and was intrigued since I never heard something similar."

"Mhm." I shrugged. "Never really introduced myself directly to you, I'm Alexis Thunder, my names precede me but I'm only to be feared by my enemies not by friends."

"Call me Max I do not like my whole name, well I do but only having used it for formalities so now I feel it being too formal.... Well I do truly like it it is just a bit too long for my liking." I chuckled softly at that.

"Good to know your name."

"You too."

I smiled, looking down at the crumpled paper and hugged it to my chest, humming softly at first before actually singing, not caring if someone else was here because I did do this a long while ago.

When I met Kark I truly thought I was mateless and would need to find someone else along long travels, I was ready and then came the dreams telling me I had one, I knew my promise would be fulfilled and now it was fulfilled.

I feel bad for comparing her to him but what can I say? It was bound to happen.

I smiled as I felt just like in his arms, just like it, it brought me comfort, I moved through eras unchanged and was right now back to something familiar which makes me relaxed for once, even my forever resting bitch face was slightly less cold and graced by a small smile.

"I love your voice."

"You will have the chance of hearing it for a long time."

"I know I kno--" She looked lost in thoughts, wolves have actually evolved to have a mind link between the members of a pack and not only with their inner wolves, I had an inner beast but it was voiceless, more like a consciousness that lived separated from a different kind of consciousness that is mine and doesn't have a will if you understand me. "There are vampires around." She stood up. "Up at the boarder."

"Let's go then." I didn't tell her I actually might know who they are but said nothing in case it's another coven then the one I think it is.

"Right." She didn't tell me to not come as I was already part of the pack without the accepting ceremony since I made it with Turuk, if you want to know how long ago right now we are on the 172th alpha and usually an alpha stuck around for forty years of leading which is an average of 2980 years and some more since I made this pack so you can guess I was alone for a while before finding Hans.
