Sal pulled away from the elongated embrace with his best friend and partner in crime; Larry.

"That was... nice. Thank you, Larry." Sal smiled, his red carpet smirk not hidden by his mask.

"No problem. I'll always be there for my bro." Larry smiled back, ruffling Sal's hair slightly.

"I should get going. My dads probably going to kick my ass for leaving." Sal stood, dusting himself off.

"Yeah. Have fun dude!" Larry shouted to Sal as the blue haired boy climbed out of the wooden structure.

...

"Where've you been, kiddo?" Henry asked, stumbling towards the couch, the smell of alcohol radiating off of him.

"Uhh... out." Sal replied, walking off towards his bedroom.

"Hey, I just wanna have a civil conversation. Were you with the Johnson boy?" Henry questioned.

"Uh, yeah I was with Larry. I went and slept in the treehouse. Nightmares." The boy stopped, looking back at his hungover father.

Henry eyes Sal up and down, "any uh... funny business? Still pure, right?"

"Dad, drop this shit! I-I mean stuff! I'm not gay, and I'm not dating my best friend!" Sal retaliated.

"Fine, Fine. But if you ever need to talk I'm here."

"Yeah... sure, dad. If you're ever sober enough to understand the English language then we'll talk." Sal marched off to his room, hoping to find some sort of peace.

The space was dark and vacant.
Someone, something loomed eerily in the corner of the room. Sal walked closer to it. It sent chills down his back and caused goosebumps to spread across his arms. The hairs on the back of his neck stood on end, alerting him to get the hell out of there.

"Erm... uh... hello? I won't hurt you... I uh... I've seen other ghosts before. I'm not afraid." Sal inches closer to the supernatural being, the creatures bright, piercing red eyes never left the boy. Something about this spirit was different- darker.

"You're... you're not like the others. What happened to you?" Sal felt fear, anger, and sadness all at once.

"What... what are you?!" Sal nearly shouted. The boy mustered up enough courage to stand directly in front of the monster. Face to face.
Sal reached his hand out, the air around him giving him the impression that he'd been transported into a freezer. The creature lunges at him, causing Sal to fall back. The boy screamed, covering his face with his arms.

"What's going on in here?!" Henry rushed in, shotgun in hand.

"I'm fine, just tripped." Sal got to his feet.

"Jesus son... you scared the shit out of me." Henry muttered, leaving his sons room, closing the door.

Great.

Now dad thinks I'm insane.

Sal thought to himself, then went over to his bed and climbed into it, accepting the warmth it gave off. Again, I slowly drifted into sleep, hoping that no dreams would plague me in my helpless state.

It was wrong of him to assume that his tainted mind would leave him be, even for a few hours of rest.

The blue haired boy stood at the edge of a building. Except it wasn't him. His hair, indeed, was no longer blue, but brown. The boy began texting someone, another person named "Blue".
The messages read:
Larry: "Sal. I'm sry dude. Pls don't blame urself."
Blue: "sry 4 wat? Wat r u talking about?"
Larry: "it's too late. I'll be gone soon."
Blue: "stop messing around Larry. This isn't funny."
Blue: "hey?"
Blue: "Larry?"
The images that played out in front of Sal stopped. The boy jumped from the building, and just before he hit everything went black. New images plagued Sal, ones of brutal murder.
A blue haired boy raised the knife above his head, crashing it down into the young girls head. Soda. Soda was her name.
Next, came the green haired boy. Chug. One clean cut to the throat. Last, came a couple.
A lovely, happy couple.
The male spoke.
"I'm proud of you, son. You've grown so much as an individual Sal. I love you."
Henry didn't even get to finish his lecture before his own flesh and blood stabbed into him viciously. Another human, his female friend screamed out in fear.
She didn't get much of a chance before Sal buries the knife into her skull.
Sal, the real Sal, Calle sour for his clone to stop.
Nothing.
Until the evil counterpart turned and showed it's face.
Lines or razor sharp teeth.
Large holes, like bullets, on the surface of his skin.
Sal screamed, shouting insulted and fear driven words. The blue haired boy fell back, scurrying to stand.
But to no use.

This time, Sal woke up shaking badly, a few tears streaming down his face.

"Larry... how could you?! How could I?!" Sal sobbed.

"Why?! All I ever have are nightmares! Can't I just be happy?!" The blue haired boy cried out.

"I can make you happy." A dark figure spoke.

The red eyed demon.

Eyyyy, I have a question for y'all.
Would you like me to add music to my chapters? Just something for you to listen to as you read this horrible book. Anyways, comment!
