"What!" he yelled.

"I'm pregnant Calvin. . . I haven't had my period, I been craving the nastiest food. I pee 24'7 & I throw up in the morning... I'm pregnant" I said sobbing.

He started to smile. "You mean. . . We're pregnant. You having my princess or prince. Baby, I'm so happy why are you crying?"

"I thought you would be mad at me or didn't want it"

"WHAT! Meagan be quiet. I'm beyond excited"

He picked me up. And sat me on the counter.

"We're going to be a family baby. We have the money, houses & everything." he says then looks at my stomach.

"YES!" He screamed causing me to jump. Then he kisses my stomach a million times.

"We should surprise everyone. Like let them see when your showing but you have to tell Rob and Rea first. They like mommy and Daddy, they not gonna play" he said giving me a happy but very serious face.

"Yeah I know but-"

Then we got a knock on the door. I looked at Calvin and he looked at me.

I jumped down then Calvin left the bathroom and headed towards the bedroom. Seconds later he came out with a gun in his hand. The knocking started again.

He placed his index finger against his lips notifying me I should keep quiet. I started to bag away rubbing my stomach. He looked out the peep hole.

"Oh it's just You sister and brother" he said. He threw me the gun & I went to go put it away.

"Bout time yall came to the door, shit. I gotta take a shit" I heard Rob yell.

I came out the room to see Rodney with them & Reavan also.

"Hi everyone" I said smiling.

"Hey"

"I have good news to tell you. . . Well we do" Said Reagan looking up at Rodney.

"Wassup" Calvin said sitting on the arm of my couch.

"Your going to be an auntie Roby" Rodney said with the biggest smile on his face. Calvin and I looked at each other & smiled. Robert then came out the bathroom.

"Well we have something to tell you guys to"

Calvin and I both said at the same time, which was weird.

"We're expecting. . .Also" Calvin said.

"Oh my Gosh. Yay. Our kids going to grow up together" Reagan screamed. Calvin & Rodney clapped hands. But Robert, he didn't seem to amused. "Uh, I need to- I uh- Yeah" He said as he walked out. I looked at Reavan who followed behind him. Then at Calvin who looked scared.

My parents, Sagittarius dad, Sagittarius & I was on our way to San Diego university. I don't know to much about up north so I didn't really look into schools up there. I been to Cali before. It was always a fun adventure. I'm going to miss Atlanta, I grew up in the A. That all I know. All the stuff I seen and done, was in the A. I also get a fresh start with going to Cali.

"So you two going to go here together" Sagittarius dad asked.

"Yeah. This, Spelman, and Duke, always been my dream schools." I answered.

"Plus it not to far away. And dad you know I'm still looking into LSU" Sagittarius said.

"Time is ticking, gotta make your mind up..Plus I heard you had to full scholarship to any college your choice because your outstanding in football" My mom said looking back.

"Yeah, I do" He answered.

Something clicked. How the hell he has a full scholarship when he said he's doing this for college. I looked at him, as he was still engaging in the conversation. You lying muthafucka. I thought to myself. I pulled out my phone and Beats. I put on my songs & zoned out. I kept thinking about him lying to me & why did he want to rob people. What was the need?

The lunch went well. I found out alot about my "Parents". My "Father" & I exchanged phone numbers, he asked if I would be interested in meeting his wife. Of course I said "Yes", It wasn't his fault Vee Veronica decided to hide my life from me. She told me why she gave me to them. "Because they was fit more than her." I don't understand how, I got raped & abused. Sad thing is, she use to allow it. Then how could you lie to me claiming you was my sister, I knew something wasn't right because we never went to school together & she always looked older, I figured some folks age faster. But why did she allow me to get hurt & then, she got raped to & abused.

I shook my head as I pulled into the car garage. My life was never smooth. It was forever a bumpy road for me.
