Alex and Niall headed over to their usual spot and started chatting about whatever popped up in their heads.
"Watch me be an Omega" Niall chuckled, "that would be something, be a slut for every alpha that walks by, I'll be head over heels for you when you growl" Niall smirked in a playful way mocking the omegas that were sitting next to them, Alex smiled and bursted out laughing, "yeah that would be something"

Alex gulped before a ball rolled near them and Niall picked it up, "wanna play?" Alex nodded and got up then snatched the ball out of his hands and made a slam dunk, he smiled and looked at Niall, "I didn't know you were that good, maybe it's your alpha showing off" he smirked then grabbed the ball. "Yeah" he said again in a monotone voice, blushing Everytime Niall mentioned Alpha.

The three alphas from earlier turn up looking at the hoops, there was a small friend group sitting on the other end of the court and James glared and shooed them off.

Niall looked at them with his head slightly tilted.

Alex glared with a pale face as he had lost color seeing the boys walk up to them.

George looked at Niall, "let's play" while Will walked back to get into place. Niall looked at Alex, Niall never hated alphas so being the fearless lad he was he bounced the ball then shot it towards their hoop. Will grabbed it as he leaped into air and passed it to James.

Everything seemed like it was going in slow motion, an alpha running towards Alex without any intention of stopping.
Alex could see Niall looking at Alex worried, Niall let out a small whine and even though Alex's inner self wasn't an Alpha it snapped him out of it and he snatched the ball, going under James and running towards the hoop,
being the small lad he was he darted past Will and George, passed it to Niall who leaped and pushed it into the hoop.
Niall smiled and hugged Alex laughing. "We won again the alphas!" Niall cheered. Alex smiled and looked at the 3 boys, he walked up to them, "no hard feelings" he smirked acting all high and mighty.

Niall looked at Alex, "oo we love a sassy alpha".

The 3 boys stopped and looked at Alex, "an alpha?" They looked at each other with a look then smiled, "of course! Hey why don't you and your little friend here come hang out with us after school, there's a game tonight then a party at Georges place" James said keeping his eyes on Alex. Alex stood still then shook his head to clear his thoughts, "yeah sounds.. fun" Niall smiled brightly, "hey what are you"

Will looked at Niall. Niall looked back at him,"I don't know, I'll find out tonight at my ceremony. My family wants to throw a little party since I'm the youngest" He beamed. Will smiled, then looked at James and George who were staring. Alex coughed at the awkward silence then the bell rang, he looked at Niall then they both started walking back to the gym.

After Gym he had to head to chemistry, him and Niall both shared the class so they walked together
"Are you feeling ok?" Niall looked at alex worriedly, "yeah I'm just thinking about the girl" Alex spoke as he reached for his phone, he bumped into someone and growled, the male immediately bared his neck looking away from Alex. Alex stopped "I'm sorry carry on" he cleared his throat slightly highfiving himself on the inside,
"sweet!" He whispered. Niall chuckled, "finally learned your growl aye?" Niall rubbed the back of his neck slightly then walked into class following Alex's footsteps.
