It was a very stormy day when you woke up that morning; a storm much worse than you've ever really experienced in your time at the manor. The wind loudly blew against the mansion, causing the place to sound like it was unstable on its foundation, and rain pelted on the roof like thousands of rocks falling from the sky.
You initially woke to the sound of thunder; a heavy sound that seemed to cause everything to rattle, and loud enough to scare you shitless out of sleep. You throw your covers off of you and rub your eyes to get rid of the sleep. Then, you kick your legs off the edge of the bed and sit, listening to the sounds of the storm outside.
"Sounds pretty bad today," You sigh, hearing the consistency of the heavy rain and the wind's intensity. You sit for a while, listening to the sounds of outside and feeling strangely calmed by the forces of earth rather than frightened.
You eventually slide off the bed and pull on your shoes, deciding to check to see if any other Creepypastas were up at the time, and how well they were taking the storm.
Leaving your room, you see that most of the other doors were closed, yet some were left open and their owner did not seem present inside. You walk down the hallway and down the steps, leading yourself into the living room.
On the big couch, the few pastas that were out of their rooms were all crowding the couch, staring intently at something on the TV. You draw near and see that they had the TV switched on the wether channel.
"When's this crazy storm gonna be over? They still haven't told us yet," Nina piped up, tilting her head as she looked at the screen. "Maybe be patient and they'll eventually say. For now, they're all about what we can expect from this storm and how bad it could get," Nurse Ann replied to Nina's question; she sat on the arm of the couch, looking to be tending to Glitch Red who had his arm on her lap.
"Good morning, (Y/N)," Nina exclaimed, taking notice of your appearance, "did the storm wake you up too??"
"Yeah, kinda startled me, actually," You reply, smiling a bit and taking a seat beside the others on the couch. "They say it might get worse from how it is now, so we should all stay inside for today, just to be safe," Liu stated glancing at you. "That's right. Slender even said there's nothing for us proxies to do today either, due to the storm," Kate addressed, and you smirk, giving a small cheer to yourself.
"Well, what can we do today then? It's raining outside and then there's nothing to do in here!" Nina whined, crossing her arms over her chest. "Whadya mean there's nothing to do in here? There's lots of things to do..." Masky spoke up.
"Likeeee....?" Nina growled.
"I don't know...continuing watching the weather channel?"
"Ughh.."
You prop your elbows on your knees and rest you chin on your hands, watching the TV as the weatherman kept talking on about the conditions for the day. It was better than doing nothing, but you really would've liked to do something more interesting. You thought about getting up to see what KageKao and Former or whoever else was a troublemaker was up to, but then again you didn't want to get into something that would end up with you getting in trouble.
After a while, probably a whole hour of just sitting and watching the weather with the others, you finally decide to get up. Nina was now asleep on the couch, and Glitchy Red had wandered off for a while now.Liu was reading, Kate was on a laptop, and Masky was still watching the weather. Everyone else had just up and left.
You head for the front of the mansion and look out through the slim windows. The sky was pitch black, and you could still hear the loud sound of thunder in the distance. Feeling curious, you decided you would take a quick step outside, just to see how bad it was or if the weather had calmed down. You turn and look at the others to make sure no one had their attention on you, then you carefully opened the front door and snuck out of the mansion.
