Deku's Point of View

I was awoken to the sound of my lovely annoying alarm clock. Today was the twenty-fifth of December, Christmas morning with Kachaan beside me. I try to move my body after turning off my alarm, but it was no use. Kachaan held me in place, with his chin buried in my head. I groan as I try to move around, waking him up so he can release me. I sigh in defeat as to know Kachaan is a heavy sleeper.

I have the perfect present for Kachaan. I customized two ugly sweaters, for Kachaan and I to match. It's the colors of Christmas with the statement: "All I want for Christmas is you," in green and red. I think it's a perfect and unique gift for my angry boy.

I successfully got out of Kachaan's grips, without waking him up. I slumped my way to the window to look at the baby blue sky and white puffy clouds. I smile as I lay my left arm against the window. I stayed there for a while, observing the outside of my mother's house, before feeling a considerable thump in my head. I look behind me and see an angry Kachaan. Aw, man! He's going to kill me for waking him up.

"WHERE'S MY GOD DAMN GOOD MORNING KISS, DEKU?!" He yells at me as he places both his hands on my shirt, gripping on to it, before pulling me closer to where he smashed his lips against mine. I gasped in the kiss to then soon kiss back.

"Kachaan, don't be so greedy next time. You know I'm willing to give you many kisses," I say to Kachaan after we parted ways. He scoffed before letting me go. I giggle at his actions before he grabs my hand.

"Close your fucking eyes," He says as he pulls me downstairs. I do as tell and carefully place my free hand on the railing so that I wouldn't fall.

He chuckles before setting foot on the first floor. He let go of my hand and stood in front of me. He uncovered my eyes, and we were standing in the kitchen. I tilted my head to the side as I continued to look at Kachaan. He gives me a note and runs off. I was going to call out for his name, but I lost sight of him. A note? Why did you give me a letter?

"Runs, but cannot walk, sometimes sings but never talks. Lacks arms, has hands, lacks ahead, but has a face."

"My god Kachaan, is this some time of scavenger hunt?" I say out loud with a chuckle. I roll my eyes as I re-read the note. Runs, but cannot walk. I mean, it can be anything. Any type of furniture cannot walk but sometimes sings? Maybe a clock? I mean, it ticks, which can also be a sound? This is confusing me! It's too early in the morning to be solving riddles!

I sigh as I walk towards the only clock there is in my mother's house, and sure enough, there was another blue note waiting for me to read it, but this time it was accompanied by a match. I furrow my eyebrows at the match before moving my eyes to the unopened note.

"My life can be measured in hours; I serve by being devoured. Thin, I am quick. Fat, I am slow, and the wind is my foe,"

What does he mean by My life can be measured in hours? Could it be my alarm clock? No, it can't because I just turned off my alarm, and I didn't see any note. Mmm, it probably is a candle since I have a match. I mean, It's worth a shot.

I make my way to the nearest candle and light it up and grab the green note with the riddle inside it. I open it, and in the corner of my eye, I saw something flicker, making me intrigued. I look at it, and it was a key with a sticker on it that said Outside.

"Green and alive."

That's it? Nothing else? Well, that's easy. Just walk outside, I guess.

I walk towards my back door and unlock it with the key labeled outside. I open the door, and my eyes were wide open. My most massive tree in the backyard was filled with white dangling fairy lights on various branches. Then, on the side of the tree where two medium speakers with what seemed to be like Kachaan's phone on top of one of them. Then, in front of the tree was a little table with another note, and it was surrounded by some rose petals, forming a heart. This guy...He's making up for our first date incident! Then, as I stepped outside, I gasped as I saw peddles on the grass. I could feel my tears welling up from how beautiful this seat up was. I closed the door behind me and walked up to the little table in front of the tree and held the note in my hand.

"Roses are red; Violets are blue, God made me beautiful, what happened to you?"

I laugh at how stupid and funny the joke was before turning around from Kachaan's steps. I raise my hands to my face as I gasp at Kachaan's outfit with yellow roses in his hand. His tux was black, and his shirt was dark wine, which made him look so fine. He brushed his hair back before looking away from me. I looked down at myself and noticed I was still in pajamas. I place one of my hands on my forehead before laughing.

"Kachaan, this is amazing but, do you think I can change first?" I say, awkwardly. Kachaan looks at me and walks up to me, laying his hand underneath my chin. I gulp at how close he was before he smiled at me.

"Make it quick. I hate waiting~" Kachaan says as he moves to the side for me to rush upstairs and get changed. How embarrassing!

   Time-Lapse

"May I have this dance? ~" Kachaan asked me as he reached out to take my hand. I smiled as I took his hand, leaving my flowers on the table in front of the tree.

He placed his left hand on my waist, and the other one was intertwined with my hand. My free hand was on his left shoulder. We danced to the sweet ballad music, calming our moods. He then moved his hand to my waist, leaving my left hand alone. I then wrap both of my arms around his neck and stare deeply into his red ruby eyes.

"Kachaan, you didn't have to do this—"

"Shut the hell up and enjoy this moment because there won't be another!" He interrupts me as he looks away from me. I giggle at his actions before moving another inch closer to his body.

He turns his head to look at me, and there was a massive smirk on his face. He then proceeds to move both his hands to my ass to squeeze them. I jumped from the sensation of having his hands on my ass.

"K-Kachaan! —"

"Don't act like you don't like it when I touch you~" He cooed into my ear, sending shivers down my body. I bite on my bottom lip before laying my head on his shoulder, now holding his back.

He did the same, moving his hands up to my back to hold me. I had red cheeks from his statement, and I guess he did so as well because I saw a hint of pink on his cheeks. I snickered at Kachaan's actions before pulling his head away from my shoulder and smashed my lips against his. He smiled in the kiss and held my head with his hand, pushing me deeper into the embrace. The kiss lasted longer than expected, leaving us both wanting air. We back away with eyes full of lust and love.

The music stopped playing, which made us back away from each other. Kachaan guided me back to the table in front of the tree and told me to close my eyes. I did as told and reached both of my hands out to receive a small box. I get a feel for it before opening my eyes. I smile at him as I begin to open it. The box had a key necklace with the word forever engraved in it. I felt tears escape my eyes, causing Kachaan to rolls his eyes. He told me to turn around as he put on me.

"Kachaan, you really are amazing!" I say as I wrap my arms around him from the sweet and thoughtful gift.

"Of course, I am!" He says, causing me to laugh. I then tell him to wait a moment as I rush into my bedroom to fetch for Kachaan's gift when I felt my head thump. I held onto my bedroom door before contacting myself to collapse on the carpet floor.

This can't be good.
