Nicole and I are driven to the coffee shop by Danil, Eno went back to get things organized for the reconstruction of the Outcast District, Nicole is working the register and Ken and I are running the floor, it is a very busy noon, despite what happened with the Council I expected to be met with a lot of questions regarding it but none came up, I was relived more than surprised at their lack of interest. There were a few people watching as I worked, which was nothing new, most guys usually paid close attention when Nicole and I worked the floor, but what was new were the females that watched, because they didn't just watch, the whispered with their tablemates, I ignored them as best I could and let Ken take care of their needs. As time drew closer to one people began to leave and the shop emptied somewhat. Monica Styza walked in after holding the door for a group of five to exit,

"Hey there Monica, come, I'll show you how things work here and what you will be doing for your first day." She nods as Ken spoke while making his way to her, she looked over to me and waved, I wave back with a smile as she walked to the back with Ken, I begin to clean a few tables where people left empty cups and plates, I place them on my tray and head to the back, "So, think you can handle that?" Ken asks Monica as I entered with my tray placing it down on an empty table next to them,

"Yeah, sounds easy enough." She says as she puts on her apron and hat, I help her tie it behind her back,

"Is that good or is it too tight?" She shakes her head as I went around to face her,

"It's perfect, thanks Sarah." She says smiling, I lick my thumb and rub off some dirt from her face just under her right eye,

"Did you get into a fight or something?" Ken asks as he stands by the swinging door that leads into the shop, I throw some water at him,

"Ken, don't bother, it's  obviously a personal thing that she would like to ignore right now, so why don't we all just get back to work." He dries his face as he reentered the shop with a broom and dustpan to sweep the floor. I walk over to the door,

"Thanks Sarah." Monica says as she begins to wash the dishes that I brought in, I turn back to her,

"Anytime Moni, don't mind Ken he can sometimes forget other people have boundaries and tends to ask about things one wouldn't wish to speak upon." She smiles, "I have to get back to it now." She waves me off as I return to the floor and wipe some tables down.

*6:00 PM*

"Finally, closing time." Nicole says as she takes off her hat and apron, undoing her ponytail and shaking her head to let her hair out. I go over to her, placing my hat and apron on hers,

"Yeah, now to head home and have my pizza that I didn't get to eat thanks to the damn Council earlier." Nicole chuckles, as Monica picks up our hats and aprons and hangs them in the back with hers and Kens. She comes back and stands next to me as Nicole gathers some night time goodies, she is packing quite a bit for just herself, "Nicky, why are you taking so much for just yourself?" She looks up at me with a raisin and oatmeal cookie in her mouth,

"It's for Eno." She takes a bite from the cookie and holds it in her hand, "He wanted me to bring some evening goodies so he doesn't have to bother the staff late at night." I nod,

"Fair enough." I say as I turn to Monica, "How are you feeling?" She rubs her right arm,

"I'm fine, honest, just had a bad fall when I left my house earlier." She said as she kept her eyes off me, whatever it was that was bothering her she didn't want to talk about it at all. I reach out to touch her but she walks away, "I'll see you tomorrow okay? I'm going to head home now." She quickly leaves the store, I hold my right hand over my Soul with my head down slightly. I feel a hand touch my left shoulder, I look to see Nicky with another cookie in her mouth, a chocolate chip cookie. I grab it with my mouth and break it from hers,
