"SEO HYUN-MI!!" our manager yelled.

We're currently practicing for our comeback but I've been messing up since the start.

The choreography is too hard for me but I can't dance like an unprofessional because a lot of fans look up to me so i have a lot of pressure right now.

"I'm so sorry" I said, looking down. I don't want to see their expressions.

"YOU'VE SAID THAT FOR THE SEVENTH TIME!" she shouted again and turned the music off. "Hyunmi, if you mess this up again i'll remove you from the group." she added.

Hearing her last sentence made me gulp. I didn't train for 8 years just to see myself having a hard time on a choreo. I can do better. I'll do better

Other members looked at me with sadness in their eyes. I am the maknae and my unnies care for me so much.

Our manager turned the music once again.

We started to dance.

Thankfully I got it till the end. I didn't mess up. I knew I could do this.

I smiled knowing that it's all done.

"Are you okay?" Seulrin unnie, the leader of our group said.

"yes! better than okay" I exclaimed. I don't want them to worry about me but yeah i'm really okay.

Our manager came to me and arched her eyebrows. "let's talk." she snapped.

She walked outside the practice room and went outside.

"You're so annoying. Your attitude's annoying. I don't like your laziness! You trained for years but why are you acting like this?! Where did you get the guts to dance so lazy? Why do the other girls do so well?" She ranted and points her finger on me.

I'm already used to this. I was never a good one to her, never. I didn't even know why she's so mad at me, I mean- yes i did a wrong thing earlier but everytime we practice and I did good, she always makes it bad.

"I'm sorry. I promise to do better next time." I stated.

"Are you really sorry? THEN WHY ARE YOU—" our manager stopped scolding me when the CEO came.

"What's happening in here?" The CEO said. He's the scariest.

"This girl... is messing it up again." Manager stated and rolled her eyes.

"Ohh again?" he chuckled scarily. "Listen, I will reduce your allowance evertime you fail. This is a warning and your punishment isn't really that hard. You'll practice until 11pm, no breaks." He said and start walking away from us.

I saw our manager's face lightened up. She really do hate me.

I went inside the practice room and saw the members packing their stuff.

"She scolded you again." Hwayeon unnie said and tapped my shoulder.

I sighed.

"Yaaaaa! Cheer up! I already packed your things, let's go!" Chaemin unnie, my roommate exclaimed.

"nope, the CEO said that I should practice all night." I responded.
