Episode Twenty-Five: Far-Flung Flooders

(Start in Inkopolis Square. ZAKI and MIKADO are sitting on a bench together.)

Zaki-I'm just saying it would be nice to have a pants shop. I've been borrowing your shorts for the past month, and while they accentuate your legs in all the right places, they do not fit me.

Mikado-I'm sure there are clothing stores near where we live.

Zaki-What about right here in Inkopolis Square? They would probably have the freshest shorts on the market.

Mikado-You do have a point. I was thinking there should be a shop where you could get your tentacles done up.

Zaki-I don't know. That sounds kinda painful.

Mikado-To each their own, then. I just thought it was a good idea.

(They look over their shoulders at Booyah Base.)

Zaki-There are only so many things you can fit into one strip mall, though.

(KEISO and TERUO come out of the clothing store.)

Zaki-Hey.

Mikado-Did you find anything?

Teruo-Nah. I guess I'll just wear whatever for Splatfest tomorrow.

Keiso-With your Marie shirt, of course.

Teruo-Of course!

Zaki-Oh yeah! Splatfest is tomorrow! Is it really that close?

Teruo-Yep. I can hardly wait to get back on the battlefield again! Taking a breather has been nice, and seeing my family's been great, but this is where my heart is.

Zaki-We need to train for the big day. C'mon, guys. Let's go!

(She, MIKADO, and KEISO head towards the tower. TERUO stays behind.)

Keiso-Teruo, you're not coming with us?

Teruo-I think I'll sit this one out.

Zaki-In that case, I'll use my roller in your honor.

(TERUO chuckles.)

Teruo-Okay!

(Opening theme. Cut to the lobby of Inkopolis Tower. MIKADO and KEISO walk into the waiting plaza. ZAKI runs up behind them, but the door closes just before she can get inside.)

Zaki-Hey!

Kari-Sorry, kid. There were eight in there. What else can I do?

Zaki-Alright, fine.

Kari-(into her microphone) Battle time!

(She presses a button at her desk. The doors reopen.)

Kari-Now you can go.

(ZAKI walks inside.)

Zaki-It takes so much just to get into a battle these days.

(Cut to Arowana Mall. CALLIE and MARIE are commentating.)

Callie-Here we are again at Arowana Mall, where another battle is about to take place.

Marie-Team colors are orange and blue.

(ZAKI is blue. She is holding her Kraken roller.)

Callie-It looks like Zaki is using her Kraken roller again.

Marie-Sweet! That's been one of her best weapons by far. They don't call her the Zaken for nothing. Ready...

Callie/Marie-Go!

(ZAKI starts out by going to the left, then swerves to the right. She winds up falling to the floor in the middle.)

Zaki-You guys...Just pick a direction and stick with it. I'm trying to divide and conquer.
