(Start at Inkopolis Tower. ZAKI, MIKADO, and BIITO are waiting in the lobby.)
Zaki-What do you think is taking Keiso and Teruo so long?
Mikado-I have no idea. They didn't even say where they were going.
Biito-Do you think they're...
Zaki/Mikado-No.
Biito-You didn't even let me finish.
Zaki-Whatever they're doing, they're surely taking their sweet time with it.
Mikado-I mean, it is Lovers' Day. They're probably taking this day for themselves.
Zaki-But they aren't-
Biito-You mean it isn't obvious? Of course they are!
(TERUO bounds up the stairs. KEISO trails behind her.)
Teruo-Hey, guys.
(She keeps going straight into the waiting plaza. ZAKI, MIKADO, and BIITO watch.)
Zaki-What was that all about?
(KEISO passes them. He pats ZAKI on the shoulder.)
Keiso-Hey, Zaki.
(He runs off into the plaza.)
Biito-Keiso's acting even weirder.
Zaki-Oh, just because Keiso only acknowledges me, that means he's acting weird?
Mikado-Well, for one thing, they usually come up together. Second of all, Keiso does address us as a group more often than not.
Zaki-You...you do have a point.
Biito-I guess we should follow suit. Shall we head in?
(ZAKI and MIKADO nod. Cut to the waiting plaza. KEISO and TERUO are on opposite ends of the room. ZAKI, MIKADO, and BIITO stand in the middle.)
Zaki-Now I know what they were doing. Definitely not something you'd see on Lovers' Day.
Mikado-Is that what you were guessing earlier, Biito?
Biito-Yeah...let's go with that.
Zaki-Hey, Teruo! Don't throw the game this time!
Teruo-(sourly) I won't.
Zaki-(to MIKADO and BIITO) Now you know it's bad.
Kari-Battle time!
Biito-Whoops. Here we go.
(Opening theme. Cut to Walleye Warehouse. The team colors are orange and teal. ZAKI, MIKADO, and BIITO are orange. KEISO and TERUO are teal. ZAKI has the 52 Gal Deco.)
Biito-Try not to lose your mind again.
(ZAKI laughs sarcastically.)
Judd-Ready...go!
(ZAKI goes to the left. MIKADO and her Inkbrush push right past her.)
Mikado-Sorry!
(ZAKI follows the trail of orange MIKADO left behind. She catches up to her in a side alley. MIKADO is flinging ink across the width of the alley. ZAKI passes her and keeps shooting. She makes it to the grate at the end. Her special finishes charging. She tries to reload but ends up falling through the grate.)
Zaki-Oh, grate. I can get back up, right?
(She shoots up the wall and tries to swim up, but there's a barrier in the way.)
Zaki-Nope.
(She moves forward and gets behind a wall. A teal Inkstrike lands on the other side of the wall.)
