Zaki-What makes you think you can come down here unannounced?
Biito-Zaki, everyone at home is worried sick about you.
Zaki-Oh, sure. Mom only cares about me when I've run away. Tell her I'm okay when you get back.
Biito-I'm not going back.
Zaki-You're not?
Biito-Not without you.
Zaki-Then get used to it here.
Biito-I will. I registered for the League because I thought you would say that.
Zaki-Wow. You really did think ahead.
Biito-Besides, I think I might like it in the big leagues.
(MIKADO, KEISO, and TERUO enter.)
Mikado-Hey, Zaki. What's going on with you?
Biito-Is that, like, your girlfriend?
Zaki-(nervously) No...
Mikado-Who's your friend?
Zaki-I guess I should get you all acquainted. Guys, this is Biito, the youngest of my four older brothers. Biito, this is Mikado, Keiso, and Teruo. They're my new friends.
Biito-Nice to meet you all. Have you been treating my sister right?
Mikado-I'll say we have.
Biito-How about we go in for another battle?
Zaki-Of course. I already have a four-win streak. A fifth wouldn't hurt.
(They head for the waiting plaza.)
Zaki-You trying to get to Level 4?
Biito-Why is Level 4 so important?
Teruo-You want to keep walking around in that unfresh getup?
Biito-Harsh! Is she always like this?
Keiso-Sadly, yes.
(Opening theme. Cut to the waiting plaza. The five are all on their platforms.)
Biito-I'd like to get to know you all more. What is each of you guys's weapon of choice?
Teruo-Roller, roller, roller!
Zaki-Yeah, Teruo's kind of a roller maniac.
Teruo-I am not a maniac.
Zaki-You're a maniac. I heard the way you laughed when you set off that last-second Killer Wail in our last battle.
Teruo-Well, there is nothing better than a perfectly aimed Killer Wail. Nothing!
Keiso-I'm partial to charger weapons.
Biito-Don't you cover less ground that way?
Keiso-Snipers don't worry about covering ground. It's about neutralizing the enemy team so they can't cover ground.
Biito-Neutralize.
Zaki-Keiso loves chargers almost as much as Teruo loves rollers.
Teruo-Almost.
Mikado-I consider myself to be a jack-of-all-trades. I've been professionally trained in many kinds of weapons, but I default to the Splattershot because it's the easiest to use.
Biito-Cool. What about you, Zaki?
Zaki-I'm still deciding.
Teruo-She's a roller gal. I can see it in her eyes.
