Toby
My mind raced with thoughts about last night. I thought about Masky mostly, why had he reacted so unusually when he saw me shirtless? And what was up with those questions? In all honesty, I didn't want to think about my Father and bullies. They don't concern him, it's for me to know and only to know. In any case, I threw on my sweater, jeans, goggles, and mouthguard. We were told to leave right after breakfast so, I wanted to be ready right away.
I packed a backpack full of clothes, and a few other things I might need; my toothbrush, hairbrush, and basic things like that. I pulled the bag onto my back, I looked around the room and was about to leave before I thought about something. 'I might need them,' I swiftly opened my closet and pulled out two hatchets. One was old and wooden. The blade fairly sharp for being ten-years-old. And the other one was plastic, it's a neon orange. It's much sharper than the other one, mostly because it's brand new.
With everything packed I raced downstairs, only to find Jeffery Woods, or Jeff The Killer, sitting at the table looking like he was about to pass out. Which I'm guessing is from staying up all night. I waved to him and smiled under my mouthguard. And in return, the male lazily waved back.
"Sooo," Jeff paused to yawn before he continuing, "Mr. Tic, are you ready for your first mission?" The bleached and burned boy asked, his face down on the large wooden table. I nodded shortly after answering his question.
"R-Ready as I-I'll ever be," I replied walking into the kitchen. I then looked around for a frying pan to make some waffles for everyone, I had promised Slenderman I would help him with breakfast each morning. So, that's what I'm planning on doing.
"Is that so?" A grin slowly came across the male's face, "Then are you ready to kill people?" Jeff asked nonchalantly as if it was a normal question. Hearing the question I froze in my place.
...
My father stumbled back, his massive body fell to the ground with a loud thud. His eyes burned with hatred as he stared at me. God how I loathed that stare. His look of disapproval, disgusted. All I wanted to do is claw out his eyes so he could never give me, Lyra or my Mother that look ever again.
"You fucker!!" He screamed, scrambling to his feet. Or at least he tried. I pushed him back onto the cold tile floor of the kitchen. I jumped on him, straddling him. I held a kitchen knife in my right hand, my ticing being uncontrollable.
I slowly pulled the knife up and above my head then plunged it into his chest, an insane grin spread across my face. "Y-You don't h-have t-the right t-to talk about L-Lyra!!" I scream, stabbing him over, and over again. I watched the life slowly drain from his eyes, and once his body was mutilated and ripped into shreds I got up. Soaked in blood, an obsessed smile on my face. I had done it, I killed that bastard. He will never speak Lyra's name ever again. He'll never yell or hurt my mother again. He'll never take another undeserved breath again. A-And the voices, their quiet for once!!
...
I stood in the kitchen, a large grin on my face. But it was covered by the already grinning mouthguard. Jeffery just sat there staring at me, I ticed violently from time to time.
"I-If it's n-needed, I'm w-willing," I answered going back to cooking, my smile gradually disappearing from my face. Jeff just chuckled at my response.
"You're one weird person, Toby," Jeff smirked before yawning again. "You don't show anyone who you really are...Do you?" The smiling killer's smile moderately widened as I stopped moving after his question. "Ya know, those uncontrollable thoughts for blood? Those thoughts that make your heartbeat spike? Ones that make your hands shake from the pure adrenaline rushing through your body?"
