"Luigi, you take on the Ivysaur. I'll take care of the Fire Fox." Mario said.
"I beg your pardon?!" The Braixen asked, clearly offended of being called a Fire Fox.
"B-be careful Mario." Luigi replied.
"I will don't worry. I'll come help you with the Ivysaur when I'm done with her. I know you can do this. Just be brave."
"Okay..." Luigi mumbled. His worried expression changed to a more determined one.
"Luigi.... Be careful... I know you can do this... Just be brave..."
"I can do this... I just gotta save Lightning... I just gotta..." he thought. He took a step forward and looked at the Ivysaur. He gulped and started trembling.

The Ivysaur glared at him. He wrapped Lightning in one of his vine whips and used the other to attack Luigi. However, Luigi jumped over it. The Ivysaur growled and tried again but Luigi still jumped over. Luigi used Shadow Ball But the Ivysaur still wouldn't let go of her.
"We don't have to fight.... Just let Lightning go!!!" Luigi shouted.
The Ivysaur grunted.
"Please... Just let her go... She doesn't like to be held against her will."
The Ivysaur used Razor Leaf. Luigi was hit but he still wouldn't give up.
Luigi used Shadow Ball again followed by Iron Tail. The Ivysaur dropped Lightning. She rushed to Luigi's side.
"Thanks Weeg...."
"No proble- Ack!!!" Luigi was suddenly grabbed by the Ivysaur with Vine Whip. He had his vines clasped around Luigi's throat. The Ivysaur was attempting to choke him.
Lightning gasped. "LUIGI!!!"
"You let him go right now!!!!" Lightning growled. She ran towards the Ivysaur. Her tail became Iron and she slammed it down on the Ivysaur's head with great force, knocking him out. The Vines around Luigi's neck began to loosen and he fell to the ground.
"Luigi, are you okay?" Lightning asked, running to his side.
"I-I'm Fine..." he coughed. "Thanks..."
Lightning smiles at him and helped him up. They turned to Mario to see him still fighting the Braixen as a Vaporeon. Lightning was about to tell Luigi that they should help him but before she could, Mario used Water Gun to knock out the Braixen.
"Great job Mario..." Luigi complimented.
Mario chuckled. "You didn't do that bad yourself bro. Are you okay though?"
"I'm fine..." Luigi answered with a sigh.
"Let's keep going. We should go and find food..." Lightning told them.
"Woohoo!!! Let's a go!!!" Mario shouted.
