Hey there!
Welcome to 2019 and I hope everyone had enjoyed their Christmas and New Years.
Anyways let's start the new year with good hopes and thoughts.
Chapter 30.
Enjoy.
~•~•~•~Doflamingo's POV
Jade's head rolled away from the table as I reached up and wiped his blood off of my cheek.
'Now that that is over with burn this place to the ground. I don't even want his bones to be left'.
My subordinates bowed and begun to exterminate the pests around me as the "women" in front me surrounded their friend in tears.
The ravenette shattered a bottle and went after Jose in her rage as the red head decided she wanted to whack me with her chair. We both dodged and ended the queers rather quickly as their other friend ran in fear. Jade's head ended up rolling into the rushing crowd, getting stomped on as everyone tried to escape.
'This was too easy'.
Jose nodded as cleaned his blade besides me. 'It never is easy. Either he used this as an opportunity to escape while our eyes weren't on him, he doesn't care about his subordinates or-'
My pocket started vibrating as my Den Den Mushi rang. 'Yes?'
The snail sweated as heavy breathing emitted from the subordinate.' Doflamingo-sama! Security has been breached! Rose-sama-Argh!'
The call was cut short as gunshots and the swipe of a blade eoched over the speaker. The sound of glass shattering and wood splintering could be identified over a woman's scream.
Rose's scream.
Both myself and Jose were back at the hotel by the time the snail hit the floor, still screaming away. Both doors leading into the lobby flew off their hinges as Jose went through them and up the stairs as I took to the air, smashing through our room's window just as Tyler had placed his hands around Rose's neck and lifted her up into the air.
The fragile women was no longer porcelain and her natural glow had returned as her skin had its matt texture back and her hair was no longer cotton. Curse words flew from her soft lips as she clawed at Tyler's hands, her legs kicking out clumsily, hoping to make contact with anything.
'Put me down you asshole! I hope you burn in hell!'
The sick bastard laughed as he turned towards me, his grip tightening on Rose's neck, her curses getting cut off.
'You're not very smart, are you? I expected at least that useless brother to watch over his sister or for the strangest of your minions to be watching over her. A real challenge, ya know? But all I got was teenagers and some lower ranking muscle'.
I stood still as he began to ramble on about how he would've protected Rose as my fingers twitched.
My little flower fought hard against the hand that wrapped around her neck as tears streamed down her face, her unfocused eyes stayed on my blurry form.
Rose's POV (a few minutes before)
I sighed as I placed back yet another victim of my impatience on the bookshelf as Baby 5 and Buffalo were splayed out on my bed, both of them snoring away. Careful not to trip over or bump into anything as I walked over the pillows to the window.
I leaned my head against the curtains as I gazed out over the small town we had been staying in. The small the details always caught my eye. Like how the older buildings had red rooftops while newer ones were more of an orange, the most prominent colors of flowers that seemed to grow on anyone's windowsill or in their front yard was yellow, pink and purple, always some type of rose, poppy or lavender.
