Chapter 14 - Tell Me What's Wrong

Ashton's P.O.V

I sat at the bottom of Y/N's bed and looked at her as she turned the light on and placed her phone on the bed side table sitting up and looking at me with a smile "hey ash what's up?" She asked me taking hold of my hand, I must not have answered cos I was soon snapped out of my thoughts because she was shouting at me "ASHTON! HELLO? EARTH TO ASHTON... ASHTON IRWIN? IRWIN? ASH! CURLY? FOR GODS SAKE ASHTON FLETCHER IRWIN!!!!!!!" I shook my head and look at her, I knew she felt bad for shouting because she hugged me straight away and whispered "sorry" down my ear followed by "what's wrong, you look so lost and puzzled" so I smiled reassuringly and took a deep breath before asking "why do you do it? the self harm" she sighed and told me about her past and how whenever something bad happened then she would cut to relieve the pain, she explained that before today she was nearly 4 months clean and that made me smile a bit but when she said the names the 'fans' were calling her just brought back all of those memories and she couldn't handle it I felt bad I wasn't there for her to talk to and bad for Michael dealing with it on his own for so long, no wonder his been so tired recently. I just knew that from now on I had to make sure I supported both of them Michael and Y/N because I love them both and don't want either of them hurt.

"Well thank you for telling me now I can help too" I said with a smile wiping the tears away from my eyes, it hurt to think of how much she's been through at such a young age but she's done well to still be here. she smiled at me and said "a problem shared is a problem halved and thank you for listening to me and not judging me" and jumped up to hug me but winced in pain when the cuts on her legs stretched. I lied he back down and gave her a kiss goodnight turning her light off and going to bed myself.

The next morning I was awoken by the smell of food and made my way to the kitchen. Y/N was standing there making breakfast I walked up behind her making her jump (not on purpose) "whatcha making?" I asked peering over her shoulder, she smiled and said "banana pancakes topped with lemon juice, cream and fanned strawberries" I chuckled "oooo, look at you miss gourmet" she laughed and told me to shut up so I did other wise I would probably end up the pancake. I don't know where the other 3 are they're usually up by now must have been up playing games late, silly children. A short while later, breakfast was done and Y/N looked at me with a mischievous smile on her face and we ran to the bedroom and jumped not the boys beds waking them up but Luke didn't seem to wake so we all left and returned to the room with our breakfast tucking in and shouting about how nice the food was and if Luke didn't wake up soon then we would have to eat it he soon shot out of bed and to the kitchen grabbing his breakfast and leaving us in fits of laughter. it's kinda cute how he get protective over his food. Me and Calum left the room so that Michael could have some private time with his friend and discuss the issues of last night, HOLY CRAP THE SHEETS!

Michael's P.O.V

Ashton and Calum left the room so I could discuss last night with my best friend. I wanted to tell her I love her but I didn't want thing to be awkward by one of the boys walking in or something and that's when I had an idea, we have a concert tonight and I can invite her, so I walked over to our bed after closing the door and sat down beside her and looked deep in her eyes I had no words so I just smiled and pulled her into one massive hug and started crying, gosh she must be so confused I felt a bit better when I knew she wasn't as she whispered the words "Michael I'm so sorry, I love you babe I didn't mean to hurt you" I smiled and pulled out of the hug and said "hey, um, so we have a concert tonight would you like to come?" she thought about it then said "sure I'd love you" and we took our plates into the kitchen and standing there was Calum and Luke but Ashton was nowhere to be seen. When Luke turned round he was laughing and said "well someone had fun" and as his voice had no tone to it we could tel what he meant so I spoke up and questioned "what are you on about lucas?" and he shook his head "oh dear you know what I mean, last night when you were in the "toilet" for nearly an hour you were actually doing the dirty with your bestie here weren't you?" I was shocked that he would even think of such a thing and so was Y/N because she said "no we weren't doing the dirty" and what she said next shocked me even more "Luke, Calum, there's something you should know" and she walked off and they followed her. When thy had gone I walked over to the washing machine and opened the door ... DAMN THE SHEETS! Is all I could think before turning round and seeing Ashton appear from behind the door and all we done was look at each other as if to say "how could we be so dumb"
