Messages (Part 1)

Michael's POV
For some reason I've woken up with a feeling in my stomach telling me that something isn't right so i climb out of bed and look round the house for any signs that something may be out of place but find nothing, so I go back to my room and grabbed my phone off the table and text Y/N

Hey babe, I know that you probably don't need me texting you right now but i've woken up and something doesn't feel right, I just need you to let me know that you are okay and you haven't done anything silly if you get what i mean, Love you beautiful xx

I sent it and waited for a reply. I knew that there was obviously a gap in our time zones so she might not reply straight away so I put my phone down and paced around nervously, I decided to sit down so I went and put the TV on and flicked through the channels and nothing was on so I left it on the news channel when they started talking and showing pictures of Y/N hugging her cousin on her door step and they were saying she was cheating on me... how fucking dare they!? I knew it was her cousin because he was in some family photos she showed me when we became friends, suddenly i heard someone behind me "NO!" It made me jump so i turned around and saw Calum, "What?" I asked "Why is she cheating on you?" He questioned back "She's not it's her cousin, I've met him before his a nice lad" I explained and he nodded. "Morning guys" "Hi Mike, Hello Cal" Luke and Ashton said as the walked through into the front room still half asleep and rubbing their eyes "Morning" Me and Cal spoke back. We all sat in silence for a while on our phones, I guess the guys were on their facbooks and twitters but i waa reading through all the old messages between me and Y/N from when we were friends.

Michael! Come over, I need a friend. My dad's just got in a rage and im scared, come to my bedroom window. Please :'-(

I remeber that message like it was yesterday, her dad came back to collect the last of his stuff and got in a rage at her for no reason so she locked herself in her room and barricaded the door so he couldn't get in. When I got there I had never seen so much fear in her eyes, she was so scared but I was glad she contacted me and I was there to protect her. But with him out of there lives they are both happy but her mum said she will probably never look for love again and as long as her daughters happy and finds someone who will treat her right then she's happy. I don't know if Y/N has told her mum about us yet but I'm sure she will be happy for her. I was reading through our messages when I saw my message to her telling her that I loved her and her reaction thinking I was messing around which hurt back then but now i can see the humour in it. Suddenly my phone pinged with a message from Y/N I read it and all it said was 'Call Me' and I started to get curious...
