"I think Im Pregnant"

Miriah's POV

The picnic was amazing. Now Four is dropping me home.

When we read the front door he sighs.

"Look I'm really sorry that I have to leave" he says

"But why can't I come with you?" I whine

"Because it's Dangerous. You don't know how it is"

"But can't you protect me?"

"Yeah, but I also have 9,000 plus people to protect too"

I sigh.

"Please?" I begged.

He kisses me on the lips.

"Sorry Miriah."

I get out of the car and start walking home. He followed me too.

"Is it okay if I come in?" He asks.

I kiss him on the lips.

"Sorry Four"

I smile at him and waved.

"Touché" He says.

I wiggle my fingers

"Bye!" I smile. Then I close the door.

I walk up to my room after greeting my mom.

When I open the door I see Marilyn. She looks very Nervous.

"How'd you get in here?" I ask.

"Your mom let me in." She says. "Aren't you happy to see me?"

I laugh a little.

"But I have something to tell you"

She looks down.

I rush over and sit next to her on my bed.

"What's wrong?" I ask.

"Well. I don't know how to put it, but--but I think I'm pregnant"

"What?!" I exclaim.

"Shh!" She hisses. "I don't know yet, that's why I brought a pregnancy test here."

"And why would you do that?"

"Because....." She says "Because I'm really nervous and I don't want to do this alone" She finally blurts.

"Wait, but why do you think your pregnant?"

"Well, my boobs are getting randomly bigger, I've been throwing up all week, I've gained more weight, and I've also been craving the weirdest combinations of food" She explains.

I take her fingers. They look a bit swollen.

"Okay, let's go to the bathroom."

We walk to the bathroom and she pulls out the pregnancy test out of her purse.

"So here's what you do--"

"Miriah, I was in the same health class as you. I think I'D know how to take a pregnancy test"

"Okay then. I'll leave the room"

She smiled.

I waited out side for about 5-10 minutes then I heard a scream.

"AHHH!!"
