"this is all my fault," yoongi sighs as he and hoseok sit on pavement, "if i was someone else she wouldn't have been so rude to you."

hoseok shakes his head, "it's not you it's just your gender," he chuckles.

yoongi looks down bitting his lip, "no it is my fault, i met your dad before."

"yoongi my dad's a police officer. what happened? did you do something?" hoseok asks frowning.

"it's kind of a long story but your mom was at the station when i was there and i don't know why she didn't tell you but it was a long time ago." yoongi says and puts his arm over hoseoks shoulder but hoseok pushes his arm off, "what happened?"

"i got into a fight that's all. he happened to drive past us, it's nothing to get upset over."

"nothing to get upset over? yoongi what if you got arrest?" hoseok looks at his feet, "please stop getting into fights, i don't know what i would so if something happened to you."

yoongi sighs, "i don't try to get into fights." it's a bit of a lie but he knows how mad hoseok would be if he found out about the fighting. "i know you don't see it but our lives are really different. promise me that you will never get yourself involved in all the crap that i'm involved in?"

"i promise."

"good," yoongi ruffles the others hair, "where are you ganna stay now?"

hoseok shrugs, "jungkook will probably let me stay over." he takes out his phone and sends him a quick message. he gets a reply soon and sighs as he reads it, "he says it's fine but taehyungs there so now i gotta deal with them being all lovey dovey." he chuckles kissing yoongis cheek.

yoongi smiles, "i'm glad you found somewhere."

hoseok puts his phone back into his pocket, "maybe i should walk you to your place this time," he smiles leaning closer to him.

"you don't wanna see where i live," yoongi laughs nervously, "if i had a nice house you could have stayed with me but i think it'll be safer if you stay with jungkook."

"oh, okay." hoseok checks the time on his watch with a small frown, "it's getting late i should go."

yoongi stands up offering him a hand, "yeah you shouldn't walk in the dark. i'll see you at school tomorrow" he quickly kisses him before they both start walking in opposite directions.
