hoseok isn't at school but yoongi doesn't really notice. he figures that the other is probably just avoiding him after what happened the day before.

he sighs trying to clear his head, he believes that it's his fault everything happened to hoseok but hearing him saying those things hurt. yoongi opens his locker to take out his books for the next lesson but gets distracted when a small piece of paper falls out.

after looking around to try and see who put it there he picks it up and his eyes widen as he reads it. there's a picture of hoseok sitting on a chair tied up with tear stains down his cheeks and writing over the picture.

he turns the picture around to see an address on the back and more writing.

you have 24 hours. if you're not there by then you know what will happen.

he puts the picture into his pocket and turns to see taehyung standing and watching him closely. he takes a shaky breath and walks up to him, "why get him involved in this?"

taehyung shakes his head, "it wasn't my idea, i don't want to hurt him."

"well he looks pretty damn hurt," yoongi mumbles pushing taehyungs shoulder as he walks away not wanting to draw attention to them.

"what was that about?" jungkook asks walking up to taehyung, "did he hurt you?"

taehyung shook his head showing him a box smile, "nope i'm great." jungkook smiles back, "you're adorable." he hugs him tightly and taehyung hugs him back pretending that the hug isn't putting him in complete pain.

"oh by the way kookie," he quickly let's go of the hug and does a cute pout, "i can't come after school today. i have another family thing." taehyung sighs, "i really don't wanna go to it, i wanna stay with you instead." he says taking jungkooks hand in his.

"let me come with then." jungkook smiles at him, "i wanna meet your family."

taehyung shakes his head quickly, "nope."

"why not?" jungkook chuckles, "i need to meet them eventually."

"another time," he says kissing his cheek, "let it just be us for now."

jungkook smiles and puts his arm around the other keeping him close to him, "i like that."

taehyung giggles and puts his head on jungkooks shoulder. this was the only time he actually felt safe, with the other right by his side. he felt scared and vulnerable when he was alone.
