"What's wrong with all of your brothers being here?" Ben asked. "I thought they meant everything to you."

"No Ben." Pandora said. "She said that about her little brothers. Not her older one."

"So what?" Crystal said. "What's your problem with Sammy?"

"He's just here to yell at me." Sam said. "That's all he ever does."

"Well someone needs to." Crystal said. "You need supervision and shouldn't be trusted to be alone."

"I'm eighteen." Sam said. "I am my own supervisor. How old are you people?"

"Fifteen." Pandora said. "And even I know you need someone to watch you. You seem to be the type of person who does things and worries about the consequences later."

"She is." Crystal said. "You know in Auradon it's bad luck to have a kid before you're married."

"Well we aren't in Auradon are we?" Sam said, narrowing her eyes at Crystal. "Now hush your mouths."

Sammy, Squeaky and Squirmy made their way down the stairs as Sam tapped her nails, which Ben noted that she did when she was nervous or bored though it seemed to be the former.

"Samantha Skye Smee!" Sammy said as Sam cringed at the use of her full name. "We have a lot to talk about."

"Can we do that some other time?" Sam asked. "I'm kind of busy right now."

"Let some other person watch them." Sammy said.

"Or you could just say whatever you want to say right here right now." Sam said.

"I don't think I want to yell at you in front of an audience." Sammy said. "Especially people I don't know or care about."

"Hey!" Pandora said, crossing her arms over her chest.

"I don't care about you." Sammy said. "Especially the daughter of Peter Pan."

"Oh wow." Pandora said. "You guessed that just by looking at me. It took Sam a few minutes to let that sink in."

"Sam hasn't slept for as long as she should have." Sammy said. "I can tell you that much just by looking at her. Though I don't know why she'd do such a thing when she learned she was pregnant."

"There we go." Sam said. "You got to the point. Thanks for that."

"Sam your really a confusing person." Crystal said.

"I know." Sam said. "I don't need the fairest bitch telling me that I am."

"Language." Sammy said. "We don't curse in front of children."

"I don't fucking care if there are children present." Sam said.

"You should care." Sammy said. "You're their role model. I don't need them cursing as much as you do."

"They look up to you more than they look up to me." Sam said. "Shut up Sammy."

"You don't tell me to shut up." Sammy said. "I tell you to shut up."

Sammy pulled out his pocket watch.

"See talking to you made me late." Sammy said. "Harriet's going to have my head."

"No she won't," Sam said. "Harriet wouldn't do that."

"You're right she wouldn't." Sammy said, going up the stairs. "This conversation isn't over."

"My mom said the same thing." Sam said.

"I wonder why." Sammy said, as he disappeared up the stairs.

"Okay." Sam said, clasping her hands together. "Go to your room and I'll be there in a minute."

"Okay." Squeaky said with a yawn as he and Squirmy disappeared up the stairs.

"Where would their room be?" Pandora asked.

"There's a back room where Uma, Gil, Harry, me and the twins have rooms." Sam said, sharpening her nails with her knife, causing Crystal, Pandora and Ben to share uneasy looks.

"So you have your own room here?" Pandora asked. "Or you and Harry share one."

"No." Sam said. "I have my own. Stop assuming things."

"It's hard to tell with you." Pandora said, laying on a pile of old blankets and facing the wall. "Night guys."

"Night." Crystal said, going to another corner and turning to sleep.

Silence filled the room as twenty minutes passed and Ben remained the only prisoner not to be a sleep.

"So." Ben said. "I'd like to talk to you. Just you and me."

"Interesting." Sam said. "How come you're not asleep."

"I can't sleep."  Ben said.

"How sad." Sam said, placing her knife in her boot. "What else do you want to talk about Beastie?"

"Feelings." Ben said, as Sam looked up from inspecting her nails, raising her eyebrow.

"I'm sorry." Sam said. "Did you say you want to talk to me about feelings. Because that seems extremely stupid."

"It's not stupid." Ben said. "Talking about them could help you. With your problems."

"Are you saying I have problems?"
Sam said. "Because I don't remember asking for your opinion."

"You're so defensive." Ben said. "Just talk about your problems and you'll feel better."

"Why would I want to talk to them with you?" Sam mumbled. "Nobody else bothers to ask. So they shouldn't matter."

"See you need someone to talk to about it." Ben said. "And I'll listen if you want."

"Being Good is stupid." Sam said. "Good is weak. That's what my mom says and that's how everyone lives here."

"Its not weak." Ben said. "It makes you stronger and feel better about yourself. If you just talk about your problems. Maybe you'll feel better."

"I'm fine." Sam said. "I don't need your pity."

"I'm not pitying you." Ben said, calmly. "You just need someone who'll listen to you and I'm willing to."

"Go to sleep Ben." Sam mumbled. "I don't need to talk to you about anything."

"Oh you most certainly don't." Ben said. "You're all good keeping your problems to yourself. But if you opened up and were vulnerable for a minute, you'd see how much better you feel about them."

"You can't be vulnerable here." Sam said. "You'll die. Someone will kill you. Someone will make fun of you."

"You're clearly faking that your okay Sam." Ben said. "I've known you for only a few hours and even I see that."

Sam let his words sink in for a minute.

"I guess I'll talk to you about my problems then."
