Dizzy and Sam watched the rest of the broadcast where Evie became the royal advisor to Ben, promising to get kids off the Isle.

Dizzy swept hair off the floor, dancing to the song that they had just started singing.

Sam helped her by tidying up the bottles of hair spray and nail polish. Dizzy hummed along with the radio. Men in yellow suits entered as Sam and Dizzy looked at them.

"Hello." Dizzy said.

They said nothing, handing her a parchment.

"For me?" Dizzy asked as they nodded.

"His Royal Majesty,

King Ben of Auradon and his Counselor, Ms. Evie of the Isle, hereby request the pleasure of your company,
Dizzy Tremaine, for the current
academic year at Auradon Prep. Please notify His Majesty's couriers of your response to this request.

We'd love you to join us at Auradon Prep. Will you come?
Signed, King Ben."

Dizzy squealed, pulling a guard into a hug before squealing again.

"Zip it up!" Lady Tremaine said.

"Yay." Dizzy said more quietly. "Yes. Yes. A hundred times yes." She turned to look at Sam. "Do you have one for my friend?"

The guard had a small sad smile on his lips.

"I don't know if she's on the list." The guard spoke up.

"I can't leave you here Sam." Dizzy said. "I want you to come to Auradon with me."

"You have to go Diz." Sam said. "I'll be fine."

"We'll be right back." Dizzy said, leading Sam into the backroom of the shop, leaning over the railing that led to an abandoned alley way.

"I don't want to leave you." Dizzy said.

"You have to go Diz." Sam said. "It's your dream and you'll be with Evie."

"But you deserve to be there too." Dizzy said, tearing up.

"You're an Auradon girl." Sam said. "You have a good heart."

"You do too." Dizzy said. "You're more good than you think you are Sam."

"Thanks. But you-you can't stay." Sam said. "I won't let you. I'll be there one day. Just not today. I'll be okay Diz."

"The scar on your cheek how'd you get it?" Dizzy asked. "I never asked you so I guess I should now. It's been months. We never caught up."

Sam looked away from her, blinking the tears out of her eyes.

Dizzy pondered it for a while not knowing how to describe how she felt. She wanted to know who'd done t to her. Before she couldn't ask anymore.
