PROLOGUE.

Hindi ko sinasadyang makita ang isang journal sa lugar na ito.

Tonight, I am going to die and I find it interesting to read something like this in my last hours, or minutes? Maybe seconds…

I’ve never felt this pathetic in my whole life, NO. Maybe atleast once when I was young.

Iyong pakiramdam na alam mong mamamatay ka na, yet you still have no reason to live nor to die because there’s still a part of your life that is still missing.

Ibunuklat ko na naman ang susunod na pahina nang biglang bumukas ang pinto.

Nakita kong umangat ang gilid ng kanyang labi habang nakatingin sa hawak ko.

“Is this yours?” tanong ko.

Dahan dahan siyang lumapit sa akin. Bawat hakbang, bawat tunog ng kanyang sapatos ay sumasabay sa pagtibok ng puso ko. All I can see is his eyes… his raging eyes on me.

“Don’t pretend as if you still don’t know what happened.”

Hindi ko maitindihan kung anong ibig sabihin no’n.

“Yes, I don’t.”

Marahas niya akong hinila patayo.

“Tell me you do.” Mahinahon ang kanyang boses ngunit may diin ang bawat salita.

Hindi ko parin maintindihan. Kahit ang sarili ko, hindi ko maintindihan…

Bakit ba ako sumama sa lalaking ito?

“I ca—n’t. I don’t know.“

“Please, I beg you. Tell me you still love me.”
