The Hunger Games - Writing Contest (ENDED)

Instructions

Once we get as many tributes as needed, I will post each reaping day story that is sent in. From that, a training score will be determined, which will be told to sponsors (anyone who isn't in it but is following it). I may have to create sponsors if need be.

Day Chapters/Encounters: There will be things called Day Chapters, where two tributes will be picked at random to suffer an encounter. For example:

OxyGenius and Mermaid1211 see each other on opposite sides of a river. There is a bridge connecting one side to another.

It will be something as simple as that. Both tributes who are mentioned in the encounter must message me the situation that they wish to happen. I will post the two versions of the encounter and then the other tributes and sponsors will vote on which one they would like to happen.

Remember that you only have with you the weapons you receive at the beginning, sponsor items or anything you earn from an encounter. If you mention finding something in an encounter, you may be able to keep it, but I will have to approve, since I am the game maker. Also, if you kill a player in an encounter and they have items, you may keep them.

Be careful about what you make happen because if two players have an alliance and you kill off one with your encounter, they may hold a grudge!

Alliances: I am leaving the which alliances you have up to the players. Please notify me if you wish to make an alliance with another player. You have the right to keep these secret unless you wish to reveal them.

Night Chapters: Night chapters will announce any deaths, sponsorships and challenges. At night, there will be one challenge that everyone will have to overcome by commenting their version of the encounter.

Sponsors: These will be the wattpadders who are not in the competition, but wish to support the tributes. Let me know if you would like to become one and give items up to help them. Items can range anywhere from food to weapons to notes.

Challenges: A challenge will be given out to all living participants every night chapter. It will be a special encounter created by the arena. Each player will have to write their own version of what happened to them personally during this in the comment section of the night challenge. I will choose the most entertaining and they will receive a special sponsorship item. Note: It is optional, so you don't need to do the night challenge!

Deaths: If a player kills another player during an encounter, and their's succeeds, they will be eliminated, but can still help the remaining players out with sponsorships and votes on encounters. Also, their will be a random death of a tribute every five days, so don't hate me if it's you, but things need to move along.

Please make sure to be kind when dealing with deaths because it is only just a game, and if I see any hateful comments by players who are still in the games, you can bet you will be the next death!
