Briar's POV (Pic of her at top with her wolf)

They say it's weird to be obsessed with someone who's 19 when yourself is only 13. But for a werewolf, it's normal. My name is Briar Rose and I'm 13 with brown hair, brown eyes and light skin. I'm a rare wolf. My wolf's color is light blue almost white. I'm also the only the only shifter who have shifted at the age of 13. Most others shift around 16 but I'm different. I'm a little on the weird side as my pack members tell me. I'm basically all by myself. Only the Alpha's family knows why I'm like this. My mother is dead. Or that's what my father tells me. But I don't believe him. If she was then I don't know who sends me all kinds of secret messages. But I don't talk about her to my father. I know how much he misses her. But there is nothing that I can do about it. Oh well, only time heals wounds is what they say.

I got to go school, so I start by putting on a cute pink dress with black sandals. I put my hair up in a half bun, and grab my purse and put on my necklace. A few hours later I arrive at school and go to my classroom. I'm shocked to see the Alpha's son, Xander Spence, teaching today. I think that it is a requirement to at least get to now the pack before one becomes Alpha. I'm snapped out of my thinking when I feel his eyes land on me. He then opens his mouth and asks, "Hello, who are you?" I was about to make a joke but now I have to answer.

"I'm Briar Rose, sir." The whole class starts to laugh at me and I rush out of the room and start to cry in the hallway. As my body shakes with silent sobs I feel a hand pull me into a hard warm chest and I just lose it as I cry my eyes out. I finish crying and just stand there as Xander rubs soothing circles on my back. As he was doing so I felt a strange calm wash over me and I could feel sparks on my back everytime Xander rubbed my back. It kinda freaked me out but at the moment I was content to just stand there.
