"Can you please help me with Haven, Ryder, and River? They need to be fed." I smiled and nodded. I love my babies and my beautiful mate. 'Awe, I love you more than infinity. You make me so happy, I don't know what I would do without you.' I look over to my mate and I see her beaming with love. I smile and I know, I never want this perfect moment to end with the love of my life, and my beautiful pups.

"You need to take it easy Briar, you were just taken from me."
"I'm fine Xander, I am a Luna, you are an Alpha and I know I don't need to be babied. Even though I enjoy it." I laugh at Briar's response. "But I love knowing I spoil you. You are my love and my wife, it's my job." She smiles and just shakes her head. I love her. I would do anything for her and she knows that.

A FEW WEEKS LATER
Briar's POV
"Oof!" The sound rushed past my lips as I was slammed against the tree by none other than Killian. It has been peaceful for the past few weeks and I was stupid enough to think that Killian was dead. "Don't even think of mindlinking, because if you do then you will be dead right here on the spot. How you managed to come back is beyond me, but I am going to get down to the bottom of it."
