Lake

“It’s me, Lake Woods. Mom, Dad, and Travis. I’m alive.” After I said those words, I was expecting that what I’m saying was a bunch of lies. That this was some kind of prank, but it didn’t turn out that way.

“Lake!” My mom went rushing towards and gave me a big hug. I was shocked.

“I knew it was you.” My mom said as she grabbed my face and looked at me closely. “Look at you, you’ve became a young handsome man.”

“No way.” I heard my father say. “Is it really you, Lake?” I nodded.

“Oh, my son.” He gave me a hug as well. “You have no idea how much we have missed especially your siblings.”

I looked towards at my younger brother, Travis. His face was in total shock, I wouldn’t blame him. I would be shock as well. “Travis?”

“I-It’s not possible, you were dead. That monster killed you!” Travis realized what he said and closed his mouth with his hand.

“What do you mean by that, Travis?” I asked even though I already knew what attacked me, but did my own family knew about it. Addy didn’t knew about it. Her reaction towards my story was a total shock to her. What’s going on?

“What do you mean monster?” I heard Addy said.

Adeline

“What do you mean monster?” I asked because I have no idea what in the unicorns is going on. There is the secret that my family has been hiding from me.

“You knew.” Lake didn’t question, but stated. Wait what? Travis knew all this time? He knew Lake was killed by a werewolf? He knew? Did my own parents knew about it as well and hid it from me for so many years?

“What do you mean, Travis?” I asked Travis. Travis stood quiet.

“Addy, we knew that your brother was attacked by a werewolf by looking the tracks and the blood the monster left behind.” My dad said.

“Why didn’t you tell me?!”

“You were still young and traumatized by the event. We couldn’t tell you.” My mom said. My mom was right, I was young and traumatized. But I can’t forgive them right now. I immediately went up to my bedroom.

“Addy! Stop!” I heard Travis shouted behind me.

I went to my room and closed the door and locked it. I went to my bed, grabbed SHISHIMATO and began to cry. Ginger then came and purred next to me trying to make me feel better. I couldn’t believe that my own family kept this secret from me. I couldn’t stop crying, I’m just too overwhelmed. I then fell asleep.

Travis

“Addy! Stop!” I shouted for my sister.

“Let her go.” I heard Lake say. I turned around to see a pissed off Lake. I still can’t believe that he’s alive, it’s hard to believe.

“YOU ALL KNEW!” Lake shouted. Lake never gets angry, but there’s something different about him.

“Lake lower your voice.” My dad said.

“No I will not! You knew I was attacked by a werewolf and you never went to look for me!”

“Lake please calm down.” My mom tried to calm him down as well.

“How do you expect me to calm down when you kept this from my sister!”

“Lake you were never like this. What happened to you?” My mom dared to ask.
