"It's fucking cold out here. How much longer?" Blake muttered, teeth chattering as she shrunk down in her jacket. Hopper groaned tiredly, saying, "First of all, watch your language. Second, not much longer."

Blake only rolled her eyes at her father, following behind him as they trudged through the snowy forest. After a while of walking through Blake began to thinking of the little girl they were leaving food for.

Immediately after Hopper noticed that the food was gone, he told Blake in hopes if she came along and the little girl saw she could come out of hiding. His daughter immediately agreed, having gotten close to the her within the week of her being with the boys.

Hopper stopped walking, Blake almost running into him as he set the food in the wooden box. She sighed, looking at it, "Do you really think that she is out here?"

The man ran his hands over her shoulders to help her get warm as he said, "I sure hope so, Kid."

"El! Eleven, if you're out here, please let us help you. You can trust me and Hopper, I promise," The teenage girl said with the rawest emotion her father had heard her use since her Mother left and Sarah died.

Hearing nothing in response, they made their way back. Almost to the car, a branch snapped behind the pair causing them to pause their footsteps and turn face to face with the missing girl.

"El!" Blake gasped, running over to her and encasing Eleven in a hug. El, who trusted the girl more than Mike Wheeler, immediately responded wrapping her arms around Blake's waist. The girl turned towards her father who was shocked, "Let's go home."

"I guess I'm gonna have to eat this triple-decker Eggo extravaganza on my own," Hopper taunted the two girls who were sitting on the same bed.

Both pairs of eyes widened and Blake lifted El off of the bed and carried her over to the table, Eleven laughing the entire time. All three dug in to the sweet treat, the telekinetic girl lacing her fingers with Blake like usual.

Hopper jokingly moaned out and Blake snorted at the sight of whipped cream all over his face as El giggled. He laughed, wiping his fingers as he said, "I know right? The great thing is it's only 8,000 calories."

Blake dropped her fork down in disgust, a loud thump erupting from under it, "I have to get to school anyway."

She went back to her room, grabbing her bag and a new book off the shelf. Hopper handed her a to-go thermos of black coffee, her giving him a look of thanks as she spoke, "I'll be home a little later today. Harrington needs help with his essay."

With that she left the house, hopping over the wires and finishing her coffee before she got to the car.
