      The tense air continued to loom around us after the incident in the woods, especially the girls. They had been utterly shocked then but were now getting better slowly. To be honest, I was also scared as HELL because the pictures of that mangled body kept inviting themselves in my thoughts and I could do nothing too push them out. 

            A week had gone now. We desperately waited for another sign of Damion but nothing happened because after the last incident all we could know was that he could be anywhere, ready to pounce on us.

            Morgan appointed two deputies outside our house. He and Haley also shifted with us. Mike was really reluctant to shift with us but looking at the pros and cons of this shift, he decided to go ahead with it and move with us.

           With all of us in one house, the environment started to cheer up a little. Morgan used to sleep in the lounge to keep watch. Haley moved in Alice's room and we gave Mike the extra room just next to Stiles's room.

           The use of powers was a common issue then and we started using our powers for even little tasks.

           I remember when Mike set fire to his pants while lighting the stove, and "coincidentally" we had no other pair of pants, So he had to sit through the whole day in his underpants because like our pants had vanished, his pants had also vanished and I and Stiles had "nothing" to with it.

            With all of us in the same house time flew past us. Morgan's attitude loosened up, he became less strict and participated in our shitty pranks and parties. I and Haley seized the opportunity and we spent a lot of time together. and more the time I spent with her, more I liked her and Alice's hypothesis was close of getting a 'theory' rank that I loved Haley.

           I was not as much worried about Alice now, because I had seen her, a lot of times, staring at Stiles. I just considered it shit that your pupils dilate when you looked at your crush or loved one, but now I was damn sure that her pupils dilated whenever she looked at Stiles.

          December had started and it was getting really cold. The environment kept getting more and more quite. The chirpings of the birds dampened and the sight of Sun in the sky kept getting more and more rare. It was going to snow in a few days because the wind was really cold.

           Everything aside, I was surprised at the number of dresses Haley used in a week. Sometimes, she even changed twice in a day, unlike me because I could go two to three days with a same dress especially when there's no sweating and all.

              The day finally arrived; It was Haley's birthday. We had decided to throw her a grand party, well not as grand because we were not allowed to invite anyone so it was just US, I had to take her out so others could make all the preparations. So I decided to take her to shopping, I mean where else would she spend that much time without getting bored, and took her to the King&Queen Mall. It was about 10Km away from our house but it was worth it.

          "Pick anything you want!" I said as we entered the mall 

          "Anything?" She asked, raising her eyebrows, smiling.

          "Yeah, Anything" I assured her looking at different shops.

          "umm.. Lets see then" and we continued to walk.

          After about 15minutes, I realized it was impossible to shop with her, She would try a hundred things and buy one. I was getting tired now  because we had been walking for two hours now and she still hadn't decided yet.
