"I called you in today to talk about something." Mr Im spoke sternly.
His tone making Jeongyeon gulp.
"Did I do something wrong?" Fear laced in her voice.
"I'm kicking you out of the company. You can pack your things." He said.
Jeongyeon couldn't believe her ears, she has always done her job properly and has never slacked off once.
She immediately questioned her boss who sat in front of her emotionless.
"You're a distraction not only to your colleagues but also to Nayeon. Do you know that our sales dropped? Also the project from Byun's company we barely got a cent." Mr Im just turned around in his chair.
Jeongyeon just left the office and went back to her own to pack her things. She texted Baekhyun to come find her at a nearby café.
She packed up her things as fast as possible and left the place. Two envelopes at the small table that was placed beside the door. One is her cheque for the time she had worked and another letter was written by someone.
She took both envelopes and left the company as quickly as possible and went to the café that she is supposed to meet Baekhyun at.
She opened up the envelope.
