A few days later;

Setting: Lux

Maze walked over to Lucifer with 2 drinks in her hand. She handed one to Lucifer and sat down next to him. "I heard you scared away Decker." She said, not seeming to care.

"Yes. I did. Who told you this?" Lucifer asked eagerly.

Maze laughed. "Amenadiel, of course."

"I should of known he was going to tell you..."

"Why do you care so much about that detective anyway? I thought she liked Cain."

"Don't be so judgemental, Maze." Lucifer growled, taking a sip from his glass. "And Cain is dead."

"What, you killed him?" Maze glared at him.

 Lucifer rolled his eyes.

"You ruined my fun." Maze snarled. "I wanted to kill him." The demon stabbed her blade into the table. "He screwed up my plan. I should of been the one to show him what he deserves."

"Too bad so sad, Mazikeen." Lucifer smirked. "Already taken care of. I have new problems to worry about now." He yanked the blade out of the table and set it down. "Now if you'd excuse me." He stood up from the table and walked to the elevator.

Setting: Lucifer's Penthouse

Lucifer walked out of the elevator into his penthouse.

He hadn't realized Amenadiel was following him.

"Luci—"

"Don't 'Luci' me." Lucifer growled. "I know you're here to tell me if you didn't find Azrael, but guess what? I don't care."

"Lucifer, that's not what I'm here for."

The Devil turned to face his brother.

"I wanted to apologize, for laughing at you."

"Three days later you come and say your sorry?" Lucifer let out a laugh.

"Luci please, I really am sorry." Amenadiel insisted. "You're right. I don't understand what you're going through, but I'm here to help."

"I don't need your help, nor do I want your help." Lucifer snarled. "You would never understand, would you?"

"I'm just trying to be a good brother to you, Lucifer."

"Yeah? Well you're very bad at it."

"Lucifer please just, let me help. I think I'd be a good helper."

"You know what I think? I think you should fly your little angelic ego back to Heaven where you belong." Lucifer glared at his brother. "All you are on earth is a nuisance."

"Fine. If you don't want my help, you don't get my help." Amenadiel began toward the elevator, when he heard a familiar sound of wings.

"Brother..." Lucifer peered behind his shoulder, and saw pure white feathers. "Dad is at it again."

Amenadiel turned around to see Lucifer's large pearly white wings. "I thought they were destroyed?"

"That's what I thought too, brother." He folded his wings into his back. "Dad is playing this trick on me once again."

"I don't know why your wings are back, Luci. But maybe you should be happy about that."

"Doesn't this mean he took my devil face and traded it with wings like he did before? This time they are worth getting rid of."
