Chapter40:

The sky was blue and the sunshine was perfect.

What a perfect day to go to the beach.

I look up at the sky and think.

I look back down to see people wearing black.Including me.

'What am I doing here..?'

Stormie is next to me.Crying her eyes out.Actually,everyone is crying.

Expect me.'What is going on?'

"I'm really sorry" Some classmates came up to me and said.

"Sorry for what?" I ask.What the hell is going on?

They gave me a worry look.

Wait,where's Ross?

"Have you guys see Ross?I haven't seen him since yesterday.That dork didn't even text me!" I laugh.

"Laura..." They called.With a worry tone."Ross..is dead..."

What?! They're kidding right?

Do they even know that these kinds of jokes are lame?

"Ha ha! Very funny!" I roll my eyes.

"Okay,I'm going to find him.Bye"

I wave at them and start to search Ross.

Once I found him,he was in the coffin.

Eyes close,pale face.

Tears start to run down my face as everything flash back.

~Flash Back~

"What flavor do you want?"Since he's tall,he needs to lean down a bit and ask.

"Guess!" I smirked.

"Oh,so you wanna play?" He smiled.

I know that smile...

He threw me over his shoulder and started to run around.

"Stop it Ross!People are staring!"I yelled.

Even though I quite enjoyed it.

"Not until you kiss me" He lifted my chin up.

I crashed my lips onto his as an answer.

"Can you let me down now?" I pulled away and pleased.

He frowned."That was too fast"

"Go get the ice cream and when you're back,I'll give you the longest kiss we've ever had" I plant a small kiss on his nose.

The edge of his lips went up.

"You said so,Marano" He winked and let me down.

I simply kissed his cheeks.

As he walked across the street,I called him.

Which is also that I'll forever regret.

"Ross!" I shouted.

"Yeah?" He turned around and asked.

While he's in the middle of the street.

"I want chocolate" I said.

"Got that,dorky" He winked again.

As he turned around to face the other side of the street...

"ROSS WATCH OUT!"
