Chapter38:

"Ross..?"I lean over the window,squeezing my eyes,making sure I wasn't going crazy.

"Laura..?Hi.."He leans over as well and wave.I told Lucas to pull over to the sidewalk so we can have a "serious" conversation.He walks out off his car,wearing a black top with some jeans.Simple outfit,but when it comes to him,um..not so simple anymore.

Standing beside him,Lily.

Wearing a comfy t-shirt with shorts and sneakers.I was shocked by the way she dressed.What happens to those high heels and fancy dresses.She isn't even wearing any makeup.There's no way that girl will let herself go on a date with this look.So,that means they're not on a date.Is that a relief?

"Hi"I grin at her,hoping she'll respond.She stands there,crossing her arms looking at somewhere in the distance for a while until she decides to speak up.

"Hi"She smiles.My heart skipped a little,that girl just smiled at me.Well,that's a good start right?I smile back and look over to see Ross staring at Lucas.I hurry over.

"Ross,this is my friend,Lucas.Lucas,meet Ross"I introduced.

It was kinda awkward until we all agreed to continue what we were doing.

As I was about to walk back to the car,a warm hand caught me by my wrist.

He stuffed a note in my hand and left.

I read the note on our way to the theme park.

"Meet me at my place at 8p.m."

I couldn't keep myself focus on Lucas for the rest of the day.

Stepping in his house,I was a bit nervous.How long haven't I been here?

Looking around,everything is still the same.Same old smell,same old decoration,just different people with different heart.

Lifting my chin up,is the same old blonde.

"Laura.."He muttered.

"Yeah?"I whispered.

He leans down,leaving us a inch space.I can feel his hot breath touching my skin,which gave me some goosebumps.

"Can I have you"He whispers in my ears.Words can't describe the butterflies I felt in my stomach."What about Lily?" I ask."What about her?"He questions ."Aren't you a thing?"I tried to look away,but those hazel eyes made me melt again."What?You thought that-"He chuckles." No,Laur,I was giving her a ride cause she was carrying lots of heavy stuff since she's moving"He explains."Plus,I have somebody already"He adds.He pulls me close,touching my bottom lips lightly by his.

Damn,this definitely turned my on.

"Um..so.."I ask a little bit shy.

I can feel myself's cheeks turning burn red.

"Laur,I never stopped loving you.Since the day we met,talking about music,having same taste on everything,you've got my heart.I'm sorry I acted like a jerk before,breaking your heart,I was so nervous I made so many stupid choices.I tried to move on,but you're everywhere.Standing there,flipping your hair,staring at me with those big brown chocolate eyes,and that sweet smile,I know I can't let you go just yet.And remember the "friend kiss"? I only called that so I have an excuse to feel your lips on mine that I can't have and deserve. I love you more than anything.Watching you with another guy,made me want to punch anyone or even anything that comes into my way.So Laura Marie Marano,can you be my girlfriend and make me the only guy that'll be in your way?"

I can feel tears in my eyes.That's the sweeties thing anyone have ever said to me.

I connect our lips as an answer.

I pull away as he laughs."Is that a yes?"

I laugh and nod.

He leans back and connects our lips back.And we go on for more,sliding our tongue,making out,while my legs are around his waist,his hands under my shirt.

Best moment ever.
