i went over to the kid and tapped on his shoulder
Skye:"Heyyy ummm... We should be friends ya dig?"
Kid:"I'm down" then we shook hands. wow. he definitely reminds me of joey.
SKYE'S P.O.V
Joe took us all inside and he seemed happy? hes been so upset recently that im surprised that he let his friends come over and is all happy now. unless hes acting like hes happy. they all sat down on the couch and i went to the kitchen go get a water. the boys were talking, but one question stood out to me.
Taylor:"Where's Chase?" as i walked out towards them, i responded just in case joe was gonna say something no one needed to know.
Skye:"He's at school." i then took a drink of water, and continued my sentence.
Skye:"His mom said he needs to get at least one of his grades up to a C in order to go see his grandparents." they all just said 'ohhh' and shook their heads and joe looked at me then shook his. of course his mom wouldnt care if his grades are good or not right now, which they actually are, in order to see his grandparents. she could care less about that honestly, she always finds time for him to go out to see them. i just sat there paying very little attention to the conversation, i wish i listened to some before i got questions thrown at me to answer.
Random Kid:"Wait so how do you know Taylor a-ummm-"
Joe:"Skye." he sounded frusterated
Random Kid:"Yea. Skye." he said then scratched the back of his head.
Skye:"Actually my bestfriend-"
Taylor:"Boyfriend*" i glared at him
Skye:"My bestfriend Joey took me to Taylor's place to go hang out with a few more of his friends this one night, and ever since then he's ALWAYS been around." he shook his head.
Taylor:"Yeah. Me and Joey were bestfriends at some point but then just kinda went back to being friends after she stole him away."
Skye:"I didnt steal him away! I was always the one who was just there when we were with you thats why i had to act like i liked you so i could still be around." he put his hand on his chest and acted offended, and i just rolled my eyes. the other two boys are trying hard not to laugh, i dont know why tho we did nothing that was funny.
Skye:"You are gonna hear us fight a lot if hes always gonna be around! i will NEVER like you Holder!" i yelled the last part and poked him in the chest with my pointer finger.
Taylor:"Oh shut up. You love me!" i squinted my eyes
Skye:"I do not and will not. SO GET YOUR BUBBLE GUM, DUMB DUMB SELF OUTTA HERE!!!" everyone was DYING when i said that, but me being the somewhat normal person just stood there and watched them.
I walked back to the kitchen to look if he had waffles and, ofc, he didnt. I was just now starting to stand up after looking through his freezer 528936389282 million times and someone was right behind me, grabbing my waist and.....
