"Ayo KAYLA, WHERE YOU AT BRO?" I heard Zion yell from downstairs. We've been going out for 7 months now and it has been the best ever.
We met at a meet and greet of theirs last year and I got his number and we hit it off straight away

"I'm coming" I yelled down to him. We were going shopping today as Austin's surprise birthday was coming up. We had to tell him I was going shopping for my cousins birthday so he would leave us alone. Hopefully nick can keep him at home

"Gurl, you need to hurry on from now on because I can't be waiting for your beautiful ass every time we go out" Zion said as he hugged me

"Ok, but how do you expect me to get ready in under 5 minutes? Even without wearing makeup I mean we all don't need it but like if I'm being honest yo-"

"Can we not make this into a fight mamas?" He chuckled and kissed my cheek

I waved goodbye to the guys and headed out the door

"Babeeee come on!? I'm holding the door for you like?" He screamed again. I just laughed

"I swear I'm in a relationship with a 6 year old" I said as I sat in
"But, you love this 6 year old?" He winked at me and we were both laughing so hard at this stage

"So what do we have to get?" He asked buckling his seatbelt in

"Well, I have to find somewhere that does food first, we have to get balloons, cake, table decorations, music. Wait Edwin can do that... um candy and a banner" I listed out some of the things that we needed for this

"And Zion you need an outfit because heaven knows you cannot go in your normal jumper and sweats" I said and he raised an eyebrow at me

"Yo, Kayla. Who is the fashion expert here? Moi. So I don't need your 'expertise' on this stuff " he faked flipping his hair and kept driving

We eventually finished shopping eventually and to say it was a good day is an understatement.

"I can't believe that lady is giving us free food if we actually play music at her daughters birthday" Zion said as he put all the shopping in

"Well, I mean I'm surprised she recognised you. She looked around 40" I said and sat into the car

"Hey, I mean we get free in'n'out from it right?"

"Right"
We sat in the car and listened to music. It was slow sweet music and it was silent. But it was a good silent, comfortable even

It was the evening now and we had to get everything set up

"Guys this is amazing. You really did get everything" Brandon said walking in the door
"Well my baby is the best with all this stuff, as you can tell" Zion said and kissed my cheek

"He is my best friend like he really deserved this. Besides now he has an idea of what to do for my birthday" I giggled and finished the venue

"Yo guys this is amazing. who did all this" Edwin said and they all pointed at me

"Yo Kayla, you are doing this for my birthday right?" He gave me a hug and we all talked until it was time to hide

"Ok Zion go get Austin" I said and we all hid everywhere outside

He walked through with a blindfold on and we all yelled 'surprise'
"WHAT? WHO DID THIS?" He screamed as he walked through. His smile was so adorable and I walked through with Zions hand too

"We thought you deserved it after the year you've had" I said and he began to cry a little
He ran in to hug me and we both began to hug tightly

"Kay, you are the bestest friend I could ask for. Thank you soooo much" I replied with "no problem"
